I visited Glitterati Salon on Wednesday 28th for a root colour. I was left waiting due to skeleton staff issues, finally I was seen by a hairdresser who put the colour on my hair and then said she was finishing work to collect her kids! I was reassured someone would take my colour off. I heard a buzzer and nobody came to wash the colour. I spoke to the owner who was not helpful and said someone will take it off in a minute. I waited an additional 30 minutes for the colour to be removed. My hair is a completely darker colour, I arrived with soft gold and left as a brunette, shocking experience will never return.
I called to speak to the owner and he refunded my money, he also offered to correct it but when I mailed the salon to book in as my hair is that bad, he did not respond. Overall this salon is having a lot of issues with staff, standard is poor and I would not recommend.

As I dont have anything too complicated (in my opinion but then she could just have done such a good job she made it look easy) I booked in with a junior stylist. I was very pleasantly surprised! Ellie was not only truly professional and good at what she does, she was super polite, lovely to talk to and a real assett to the salon. Will be booking Ellie again ?

I find it hard to find a stylist who can do a great blow dry as my hair is curlier than you think but Ellie was amazing!

I have been coming to Glitterati for years now and I love the atmosphere and the hairdressers in the salon. I had a lovely haircut and new sets of highlights by Mae and I love the look.

I went in and received the worst possible customer service from *****- I found she was rude and dismissive towards me, however not like this to regular clients. On the day of my haircut, the hairstyle was exactly what I thought I had asked for, however once I had washed my hair, there is no style and looks uneven. I will not be returning purely because of the customer service and the way I was made to feel. If I was to return I would ask for a different stylist, however I will not be returning again so this won’t be the case.

Everyone friendly and welcoming and the extra precautions are very reassuring. Enzo makes my hair so much better and the whole experience is enjoyable and something to look forward to. The confidence builder of a great cut is icing on the cake ?

Beth did an amazing transformation on my post baby hair. Balayage to hide my greys and a great cut and blow dry to give a bit of style to my mum bun hair. Can’t wait to go back ?

I have been a customer of the salon for a few years. I recently went for a cut and blow dry and it was on a late night opening. My appt was 7.15 - 8. My hair was done and I was walking back to my car at 7.35! They couldn't wait to get rid of me. You shouldn't stay open late, or offer late appointments if you're staff aren't willing to be there, and are in a rush to go home! Such a let down and i must say the hair cut isn't great. I've made another appt at another salon today for them to tidy it up and give me a proper hair cut....not a 15min rushed job. This appt was a very big let down.

I have been a customer of Glitterati for over 4 years now. Enzo and the team are always so welcoming and I look forward to my appointments. I regularly get asked where I get my extensions done and am always happy to recommend them.

I came here a year ago after a disaster at another salon and haven't looked back. Tiffany has totally fixed my hair and does an amazing job each time with both cut and colour. As well as looking after my hair she is friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend. All the stars!

A wonderful 5 star service from all of the amazing team at Glitterati. Starting with the lovely Alex on the reception desk, to having my hair cut, coloured and styled by Regina, and to lovely juniors who give the most joyful head massages ! Great team work and service. Well done.

I was recommended Beth at glitterati by another salon stylist and so glad I found Beth and glitterati. Beth is amazing colourist and stylist and also so lovely as are all the girls at the salon. I would never go anywhere else and recommend Beth and the salon to everyone. My hair has never been better condition xxx

Had my hair cut done with Enzo my god does he like his scissors he cut it so short when I had asked him when he was going through what he was going to do I said please do not cut my hair short when I phoned and complained he just said the next time I will trim it for free did he really think that I would go back he charged me £150 for a colour and cut please take my advice do not go there they will not listen to what you want I honestly don’t think I will need a hair cut until Xmas I was horrified to think a hairdresser could do this to another person

Went to Glitterati for the first time recently, having heard good reviews. Booked with the art director, hoping that the person would be good and experienced enough. I came out with the worst haircut of my life! A simple layered haircut was impossible to achieve. Extremely amateurish. Never going back.

I found this salon as I had read about the kerastraight treatment and googled for local salons who offered it. I could not be more pleased, not only with the treatment but also with my haircut and general experience! Enzo was lovely, he understood what I wanted from my terrible description and interpreted it perfectly! He was happy to answer my questions and give advice, and he was really chatty and friendly, as were all the staff. I was offered a drink 3 times and was made to feel extremely welcome. I booked my next appt before leaving the salon and I am looking forward to going back!

No smiles, no chat. Really surprised at the other reviews giving such high marks and good reviews. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day.

After having hair extensions for years, my hair was a little tired and weak. I was desperate to grow it, but it needed a good cut and some tlc. I saw some of the amazing work Beth had done on Instagram and decided to book in for a hair makeover. I had balayage and a cut and blow dry. The transformation was amazing. The hair colour Beth achieved was very close to the picture I showed her. Beth is a real perfectionist, so I knew I could relax and let the professional do her work (this is normally a challenge for me as I’m a bit of a control freak). The staff and clients are super friendly, had lots of lovely chats and the time flew by, plenty of beverages on offer too. Can’t complain. It was an outstanding experience, resulting in me feeling like a new woman!

I have had a nightmare of a time with 2 previous hairdressers recently. One damaged my hair and it looked awful, went to another popular chain to have it fixed, only to have it look worse. I went to Glitterati this weekend and had an appointment with Beth to try and have my hair finally sorted. I was anxious due to the bad experiences I had recently but I walked out of there with my hair looking ah-mah-zing!!!! Beth listened to what I wanted done. She was honest about what could be done and explained every process throughout. I was so comfortable and walked out of there so happy. The staff are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Beth is an absolute rockstar and I can't wait to go back for my 6 week touch up appointment. Thank you Glitterati and Beth :)

Megan was very good and did an excellent job with my hair especially my most concern, grey hair. I'll definitely book another appointment with her in the near future. Emily was lovely too and made me comfortable washing my hair. Thank you for a lovely experience from both the girls.

This salon is so different in that they make u feel comfortable cared for and special it's a salon I would recommend to anyone

As always, the children had fun, loved their hot chocolates, and came out looking far smarter and cooler than when they went in! Thank you Megan :-).

I was really pleased with my colour, cut and blow dry by Beth. The whole experience was very lovely and relaxing and Beth clearly knows her stuff when it comes to colour. I am so pleased with the end result.

I've been getting my hair done here for a while now and always leave feeling great and receive so many compliments. Great customer service and facilities at the salon. Just had my grown out and dull balyage fixed by Tiffany and so pleased with it.

Fab haircut and colour!

I had my hair cut but was not happy on the length once I got home. I sent them an email requesting it to be done to my liking. They called me back immediately and asked me to come in straight away. They recut my hair to my liking and I am 100% and some more satisfied. Definitely am making glitterati my place to go for my hair. Have recommended my daughter who will be making appointment as well. In my opinion the best salon I have been to in years. Thank you glitterati for taking my insecurities and turning me into a stunner. ????

Thank you Enzo for giving me the best haircut I've had in a long time! Short fine hair is a pain at the best of times but he knows what to do with it. This is the first time in years that I've walked out of a hair salon not feeling mumsy!!!

Beth really listened to what l wanted and translated my wishes into colours to die for, beautifully administered. Maria also really listened to me and produced yet another flattering haircut, beautifully cut and dried... Very, very happy!

You are always nervous when you go to a new hairdresser but they really listen to your requirements and advise you and talk you through each step
