Glitterati Hairdressing

Love this salon always great service from the team and never walked out not happy with my cut or colour. It's always my go to - the spa is great too!

I have been going to glitterati for 6 years now and always enjoyed the experience and been happy with the results. Until recently that is.

This summer I attended to have my hair dyed and cut by *****. I was asking for it to be a natural colour (light brown) as I just wanted to cover my grey hairs. After dying it she commented that it was lighter than expected and that I could come back next week if it was too light. However I was unable to as I have to arrange childcare for my two young children.

I went back just 4 weeks later for a colour only as it looked so terrible. By this time I didn't really feel I could ask them to do it for free so I paid in full again. ****, who took my appointment this time, commented that it was lighter on top than underneath and asked if I Had done anything to it. I told her I hadn't but was here for her to fix it. She said she would and when I left it looked much better...for about 2 weeks. Then it looked terrible again!

At this point I sent a (very polite) email giving this feedback to Enzo who never replied to me! I decided to cut my losses and head to another salon. This salon told me that without a doubt my hair had been bleached and the fact that it was different in different sections would suggest that perhaps it was a case of someone mixing the wrong numbers rather than knowingly doing it. They also told me that because it was lighter, if someone just put a darker number on top the hair wouldn't 'hold' the colour. So it would look fine for a short while but not for long- which was exactly what happened on my second visit.

So in short, Glitterati not only managed to bleach my hair accidentally but then failed to rectify it either AND failed to respond to my feedback. Not good customer service at all and needless to say I have found another hairdresser.

Jasmine has been cutting my hair for a while now. It's always just right and she is a pleasure to spend time with. I like coming to the salon because service and quality are so good and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The online booking system makes sorting out an appointment so straightforward

My hair needed a bit of a boost but I was unsure about going short or continuing to let it grow. Maria spent a long time discussing what i wanted she was genuinely interested in making sure that she understood what i was hoping the end result would be. She was also very knowledgeable about my hair type and how i could improve the overall look. It was an enjoyable and positive experience and i was very pleased with how my hair looked when i left the salon.

Today I plucked the courage and went to Glitterati for a cut and blow dry. I hate going into hairdressers and feel very anxious, today as those feeling started to come to me I walked through the door of the salon. I was warmly greeted and asked to take a seat, jasmine came to get me and the rest was an absolute pleasure. I'm anxiety went and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I came out feeling fabulous and my hair looks great. Will definately be booking in the future.

I had a very long overdue appointment today for highlights and cut. I came away totally satisfied with the results-all due to the lovely Emma. All the staff are very friendly and attentive as always. Thank you!

I've been going to Glitterati ever since I have lived in Weybridge and find it to be consistently excellent .

My quickfix appointment was more than the titles namesake. A relaxing shampoo and massage followed by a refreshing Peroni and a spot on trim.
I expressed my issues with straight hair being un style-able with some professional knowledge, I was schooled in the art of sea salt spray and soft wax putty.
Money well spent.

I love coming to glitterati the atmosphere is always so friendly and you feel like a VIP when you go there. The staff are well trained and experienced and I have always had brilliant results that I am more than pleased with. I have recommended several friends who absolutely love going there.

I have now been using Glitterati for 3 years. When I first visited my hair was over processed, broken and thin! Emma has always coloured and cut my hair and suggested the right products for me. I've always come away happy.... this time I'm even happier???? I love the colour and the cut and my hair feels in its best condition ever. Well done Emma. X

Emma and Maria really listened to me, translating my comments and wishes into a fabulous colour and haircut. I'm very happy and would highly recommend a trip to Glitterati, not just for your hair style but also for a lovely coffee and an extremely enjoyable hair wash!

I get my hair done by Marie, she does my colour and my cut, she does it exactly how I like it is. It's always a pleasure to get my hair done at glitterati.

I'd never been to the salon before so was a little wary about what to expect as some good quality salons can be a bit snobby. The receptionist was friendly and I only had to wait two minutes for Regina, my stylist, to collect me. The salon is well appointed and Regina and the other staff I delay with were all helpful and friendly. Regina did a great job with my colour and cut and I will definitely go back to her. Pricing was fair, the same as other salons in the area.

Glitterati need to make clients more actively aware of the points system. I have been coming for a few years and was not aware of it. Will be sure to use the points going forward!

I've been several times and every time I come out with gorgeous hair, personally I think it's worth every penny, Tiffany is a great stylist who creates a great style to suit your face.

Just had my hair coloured today and cut. Very pleased with the service. Lovely massage in the chair, both back and head. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first visit to Glitterati and I loved it. The salon is gorgeous & you get treated like royalty! All staff seem absolutely lovely. My stylist Beth listened to what I wanted and did the most fantastic job on my balayage, really happy with the colour and my hair feels softer than it ever has. Definite client for life!

I had a facial and a hair style and colour this week. Both absolutely fabulous as always. Also has useful skin analysis. Excellent extra service offered to look at skin depth. The staff are well qualified and always keep up with the latest, training, styles and invoation. They are also charming lovely people.

Delighted with my hair colour. Glitterati never let me down. And Regina has encouraged me to grow my hair finally cutting it into an asymmetrical Bon. Getting lots of complements.

These girls are my saviours. Emma my colour is perfect and Maria my cut is just wow!

From the warm welcome at reception, to the friendly atmosphere and clean modern salon, Gliteratti makes a great first impression. Each time I have been the staff have gone out of their way to make my visit comfortable, and even welcomed my toddler daughter. They really listen to what you want when it comes to colour/style, but have the expertise to translate it into something which suits you.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have been coming to Glitterati for few months now and I absolutely love it. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the salon. I receive excellent advice for my hair and unlike some salons you are not hassled to buy £££ worth of products to boost their commission/sales etc.
The salon itself is modern and stylish and has the best relaxing massage chairs whilst you have your hair washed. The staff their are also very attentive and see to your every need. Also a special mention to my stylist Beth who has worked miracles with my neglected hair giving it that wow factor again.
So in my opinion don't bother spending your well earned pennies at one of the numerous mediocre overpri ed salons in Weybridge pop into Glitterati and never look for another hairdresser again :)

I have been coming to the salon for years and I drive all the way from tooting london to attend. 'My Mum and I both have the same hairdresser there Regina. She has been making our hair look great and healthy for so many years.

We always comment on how relaxing it is going to see Regina, she always knows exactly what we want and some times even what we don't know we want through her expert advice and care. We never have to worry we might walk out unhappy which is a very calming feeling when you put your hair in the hands of others.

The salon staff are always friendly and although sometimes the Saturday girls can be a little off hand, the girl I had with dark hair and tattoos today was wonderful. The best head massage ever!

Thank you glitterati for always making my saturday mornings in weybridge the relaxing treat hair styling should be!

A lovely hair salon. All the staff are very friendly and professional in their approach. It appears a happy and contented workforce- not what I've always experienced elsewhere. Nothing is too much trouble. I travel 15miles to come here so it must be good! The lovely Emma does my hair. she always checks whether I want anything changed before starting and she always smiles!
