For a first facial experience, I can certainly say it was a great one! Anna was so friendly and easy to talk to and was able to focus completely on my personal skin needs. Although it was only a 30 minute appointment, I can already see results! I look forward to my next appointment :)

I had a really enjoyable visit with Anna after 4months of not being able to visit a salon due to lockdown. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome and had gone above and beyond to make sure the salon was clean and covid safe. Looking forward to my next visit!

Excellent relaxing professionally and carefully done

I have completed a short course of 3 ProPower Peel treatments. Delighted with the results in Anna’s expert hands so have just started a course of 3 longer treatments which include face, neck and décolletage. Anna talked me through each stage of the treatment and finished with a wonderful moisture mask at the end.

After just a few procedures I can see a massive skin improvement . I'm happy with the results.

My first treatment since lockdown, well worth waiting for! Again another amazing treatment from Anna, so experienced in what she does. Back massage & facial best I’ve ever had.

Pedicure and waxing

Wonderful facial, felt very relaxed and pampered. Other salons I’ve been to in the past neglect you while the masks/treatments work but Anna includes a foot cleanse and an amazing head and neck massage so that you’re pampered non-stop from start to finish. Highly recommend the Elemis Pro-Collagen facial.

A back, neck and shoulder massage which totally hit the spot. I’ve had neck and shoulder aches and pains. Anna gave a deep massage which worked on those areas to relieve the tension. It felt good even though these are tender areas. I think Anna May have achieved the impossible! Thanks Anna.

I've been going to Dermalounge for over 4 years now. I've moved 15miles away but I still drive back to Weybridge every month for my treatment because there is no other place like it.
Staff are always professional, friendly, considerate of your individual needs, skin types etc.
Anna always welcomes any feedback so that she make make the salon the best it can be.
