My mother and I have been coming here for 5 years, what really makes this Salon fantastic is the staff and the 5 star level of service.

I always look forward to my hair appointment at Toni and Guy Weybridge there are a great team who work there, always polite with a smile and make you feel welcome. My hair colour and cuts are always done professionaly.

From the moment you walk into Toni and Guy Weybridge you feel so relaxed. Romeo is amazing. I have curly hair and my cut is always outstanding. My hair isn’t the easiest to manage so I always ask for some advise and Romeo is so knowledgable and helpful. Love this salon. My hair looks amazing.

I can’t thank Romeo enough for the amazing job he did yesterday. I was in a rush and not only did Romeo bear that in mind, he still managed to recreate exactly what I had asked for! He’s truly exceptional and I am so pleased I found him!

I have been a 'regular with Toni & Guy for many years - specifically with Jamie who I followed from T&G in Woking to Weybridge. I found both salons friendly and welcoming and also very professional as you would expect.

Very poor haircut. One side much longer and a different shape from the other. Probably the worst haircut ever. Very disappointed.

Hairdressers were very knowledgeable and professional, offered advice and tips and gave me a style that suits me and that I really like.

I started going to the Weybridge salon when I lived local to there. I then moved house and now live in Ash Vale. I’ve tried other branches of Toni and Guy but always found the Weybridge branch so very friendly, warm welcoming almost treating me like a friend rather than a customer. I always get given tips on how to manage and look after my hair. I will continue to travel those extra miles to get the great service there that I have always done..... thank you ????

Today’s visit to Romeo at T&G, Weybridge produced perfect results and, as ever, the welcome was warm and friendly and the service professional.

I was so in need of a serious cut having neglected my hair for months as never found time as a full time mum! Booked online at lunchtime Saturday was in having hair done by 4:30 that afternoon. Daisy was amazing and did a fantastic cut! So pleased, will definitely be back :)

I just want to say that I have been a long customer off Toni&Guy weybridge and every time I leave I have the biggest smile, Amber is such an amazing technician and the customer service is fantastic! The team make you feel very special and the salon has the best atmosphere! This will always be my salon for life! Thank you Amber and Romeo!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Young lady who washed my hair and gave me head massage was lovely. Romeo’s cut was brilliant.

Shelley had again done my hair and it looks great. She suggested some products as the sun and hot weather had taken its toll on
My hair but it is now back in first class condition and shiny. She really knows her stuff.

Toni & Guy kindly fitted me in at a day's notice, and the very capable Daisy took time to think through how to cut my hair before even picking up her scissors. I'm really pleased with the result!

First time to Toni & guy Weybridge, although have been to other salons. Both colourist & stylist were very good and I was pleased with the results. When I first walked in I was made to sit at a chair that had old coffee cups on when others were free. Later when seated somewhere else I wasn’t offered magazines, so I walked around and got my own....I also was put at a seat in the washroom which didn’t have a chair that worked ( the girl washing hair knew this as the hairdresser came in and they discussed it) when all the other chairs were empty, but had old foils in the sink. I then had to move with wet hair across to other seat at hairdressers request.

Safe to say this wasn’t the best experience I have had at Toni and Guy before. I was very dissatisfied with the wash I had done prior to getting a cut. The assistant took me over to the sinks and proceeded to wet my hair and put some shampoo on it - this was the most aggressive and hard hair wash I have ever had done in a salon, the girl who I think was called ***** did not take any care in washing my hair - she was very forceful and I was very uncomfortable for the whole period. She then asked if I wanted a head massage and I declined, knowing that would not have been the relaxing experience it should be.

My overall appointment was fine, however I do feel like I was rushed with it being the last appointment of the day - I think they are meant to take an hour, however I was in and out within just under 30 minutes. This is not the service I would expect for paying £59 for a simple cut and blow dry, I never received a drink that I was offered when I first arrived and I felt like an inconvenience the whole time.

I’m not sure this haircut was worth the price I paid and I’m not sure I will ever attend this chain again for my haircut - and I do hope that other stores provide more adequate and up to standard customer service.

Had a brilliant stylist Jamie, who takes his time to listen to what you want out of your haircut. Armed with pictures we worked out the style together. He advise was brilliant. Have had Jamie cut my hair 3 times now and feeling more and more confident each time. All staff are kind obliging and polite. Loved the fact that they ask if you want one wash or two. One is great for me otherwise leaves my hair a bit lack lustre. Price is fair. The Salon is clean and tidy too.
