Perfect colour choice by grace

wanted my haircut a couple of weeks ago but the manager was away! so asked for assistant manager who was also not there so then had to be booked in on a day I didnt want,very poor service.

I wasn't overly happy with the haircut. I didn't like the way it flopped forward on the night.

I had been a regular customer to this salon for a few years now with lydia she was fantastic.As ive been past over I dont get the feel of it anymore.The salon dosnt have the atmosphere as it used to its sadly not one of the best on the highstreet.

Had my hair coloured last week with Shelley from the Weybridge salon. She took time to hear my needs, advised me what would suit my hair and then did the colour. Amazing results. My hair is glossy, great colour and a really lovely experience. Highly recommended.

I came to the salon for the first time last week and I must say I was pleased with the standard cut I was given from Jamie but there wasnt much effort,being 'Toni&Guy I expected alot more for my money.Staff were sitting on there phones and I didnt feel to welcome so wont be returning sorry!

I am very fussy and don't particularly feel happy when I leave a hair salon. I have long straight hair and just like a simple blunt cut of an inch when I go. I got Jamie yesterday after Rhi had left and was a little anxious before getting there but I couldn't be happier with the service I got, gave me exactly what I wanted and my hair is lovely and healthy and still long! Lovely guy and gave me some great hair care tips, thank you very much A+++++

I always ask for and have no problems scheduling my hair appointment with Romeo, the senior most stylist in Weybridge (and the Manager). He will turn up on days off, and before the shop opens if there is a problem to fit you in - his sense of customer service is exemplary.

A really lovely, friendly salon where everyone excels at making you feel relaxed. The high levels of professionalism extend from reception staff right through to senior technicians and stylists. Everyone seems to take enormous pride in being part of 'team Weybridge'!

As a regular, long standing customer (I make a 70 mile round trip to visit the salon) I appreciate the very genuine desire from everyone to make sure each visit is an excellent, relaxing experience.

I booked an appointment for my friend to have a style and cut. She was very impressed with the time Romeo took to have a chat with her and advise her on a style. She said the staff are very friendly and attentive and will definitely return to have her hair done in Weybridge again.

I love having my hair done at Toni&guys in Weybridge. As soon as I walked in the door I was offered a tea or coffee by their friendly staff. I used to dislike going to salons because of the uncomfortable sinks but they have improved them and they are much more comfortable nowadays. I am looking forward to my next visit.
