Had my first ever professional hair colouring today. Stylist was amazing with all the advice, made me super comfortable and the team are all so friendly, easy to talk to and laugh with. Rhianna is so knowledgeable when helping advise me on what I should go for, and even the apprentices seem confident. Fantastic all round

My first visit to Carter and Shields, i took advantage of the great nanokeratin special offer for October. Jess spent ages blowdrying my hair perfectly straight, very happy with it, I will be back!

Jenny oversaw the two young trainees Megan who coloured my hair (whole head colour) and Jess who cut and styled my hair (modern, soft and volumised bob hair cut). What a fabulous experience. I am thrilled with the autumnal colour and stylish hair cut/blow dry. I feel younger and up to date. The cut/style suits my face shape/skin tone and the colour just right for the season. I highly recommend Carter & Shields Hair Salon.

I had Jess and Rhianna doing my hair today. Both were so lovely and listened very carefully to what I wanted and helped me make decisions on what I wanted and it was so worth every penny both girls did such a good job.

The whole are wonderful at Carter & Shields. It’s always welcoming and a lovely experience plus you get excellent advice and service! I travel for this salon as it’s the best!!

really friendly and i am in love with my hair

I usually range through all the brightest colours I can find but where I’ve been through most of them I left the colour up to Rihanna. We discussed what was possible to do on what I already had so my hair stayed in a good condition because it was previously bleached.
I couldn’t be happier with what we finished with. It feels soft, it’s shiny and the colours came out so nicely. I’ve given her full control and choice over my next colour when I come in again

I can’t recommend Carter & Shields enough. The salon is really smart, the girls are all lovely which makes for a great atmosphere and (most importantly!) Elle has done the most amazing job on my hair. I have honestly never been happier with it!

There aren't enough words to describe what an amazing service I have had from Jenny, Beth and Rhianna in preparation for my wedding. Rhianna has been looking after my hair for a long time now and has been amazing throughout all this time. Then, for the wedding I have had the pleasure of having my hair done up by Jenny and my makeup done by Beth.
