Lisa Jones and her entire team are amazing. Notwithstanding their brilliant (and natural) hairdressing skills, they really take time to understand what matters to you. The Lisa Jones team are the most genuine I have ever met.

We have been lucky enough to have been looked after by Lisa, Toni, Hannah and the team for over 16 years now. They bridge generations in terms of client care : they make the little ones feel safe for their first haircut, they are current for the teenagers (taking away the ‘awks’ and ensuring they leave feel cool and confident), they relate to us middle-agers and also those wiser than all!

Every time I experience warmth and generosity - and a true community hair salon in Horsell.

Hannah cuts kids hair like no-one else -my girls both love coming to see her for their hair cuts, she’s been doing their hair as long as they remember!. The little bob she did for my youngest (4 year old) today is perfect and super-cute.

I’ve been going to Lisa Jones for about six years or so. I find the saloon very friendly , relaxed , clean and reasonably priced. I’ve always been very happy with my haircuts/colour etc - I find them very professional. What more could you ask.
