Excellent as usual, great cut and a good gossip as well. Sonya has been cutting my hair for years. Moved to Berkshire but still drive all the way back to get my haircut.

After having lost my hearing suddenly last year I haven't had my hair cut or been in a salon. However on the 2nd of Dec I booked in for a blow dry. I was met by Sonya who could not have made me feel more at ease than she did. She made me comfortable right from the beginning. Its the first I've ever been to a Toni and Guy and it certainly will not be the last. Sonya- you were simply amazing - thank you.

Lisa is a very professional hairdresser and provides an excellent service. The lower mark on value is no reflection on Lisa's standard of work I just think Toni and Guy are overcharge on all of their stylists/services they provide.

Lady who greeted / washed my hair was friendly polite / courteous. Daisy, as always, knew the cut best for me / needed and provided good level / balance of conversation. Frequently made me laugh and appeared to understand me / my traits that many others consider me weird. Commented after next appointment will be on leave for 9wks and made helpful suggestions for alternative stylists. As always, overall very enjoyable experience and is something I v much look foward to...thank you D ;)))
