I had highlights and a cut and blow dry, and Sonya always does such a fantastic job. She knows exactly how I like it, and to be honest I just hope she never leaves their.

Consistently good haircut, only person I have found who cuts my hair well and keeps the tendency for my hair to grow out at the sides under control.

As always the service is really good.
Poppy is really friendly and helpful.

My only qualm was the price. Ive always paid £10 but today I got charged £25.

When I asked the girl on the till she simply said that prices has gone up.

I'm shocked that the price of toner can go up by £15. If I had known, I would not have come. I said as much to the the staff member on the till but she simply chose to ignore that.

I feel a bit gutted as a loyal customer as it means I'll have to now find elsewhere to go for my monthly toner touch up.

I was welcomed at reception by a v nice friendly young pretty lady who announced me as a ...gent...and made me feel v special !!

Only waited a v short time when Daisy arrived after quickly finishing her chicken/ WRAP lunch.

As always, daisy was v attentive & made me feel relaxed and remembered the style / treatment needed and performed all to a high standard of care/quality.

...did have to move to another hair wash / back massage chair since 1st did not work :(

As before / thoughout this session, daisy was chatty, good communicator, appeared interested in my circumstance / my recent borring events !!

As always, time spent for me, was v enjoyable and left feeling v uplifted / relaxed and is a prime reason why I make repeat appointments.

Sonya is an amazing professional. My hair never looked so good! I trust her completely and she always delivers fabulous results. I always feel listened to and get very good advice from her. I tried to have haircuts with other professionals when she was busy only to disappoint myself and end up having to wait months to have my hair fixed again... I’m not making this mistake ever again. Sonya is an amazing hair stylist!
