Leila did my colour was absolutely perfect as always. However when I was asked how I wanted it blow dried when I said wavy please they said there would be a £20:00 charge. I can't believe they try and charge you extra when you have already paid for the colouring. My hair obviously needed to be dried and I am shocked and disappointed that you have to pay extra to have your hair how you would normally wear. £20:00 is absolutely ludicrous

I would like all my hair to change the colour but my friends say what I got it highlights .the reason I want to change it because I want different look but all my friends say your hair look the same not much different,it make me upset!!

Fab cut as always. Charlotte is really knowledgable and, despite having very thick long hair, I never feel rushed. Other salons I've been to in the past almost made me feel like a pain in the backside!

Today's visit was very disappointing to start off the console/ glass table were I was directed was very dirty with hair from the previous client, luckily someone noticed my reluctance to place my handbag, and got someone to clean it.
My colourist was brilliant and she did a good job, than came the hair wash and that's all that I expected ... however instead my face got washed and in the process i end it up with my mascara ruined (very unattractive panda eyes).
In an effort to minimise further opportunities for things to go wrong, when asked how would I like my hair to be dried, i opted for simplest form: straight blow dry with the brush - nothing complicated.
The young lady brushed my hair and removed excess water than to my shock and horror picked another hairbrush full of grey matted hair to use on my hair!!!
Needless to say that I have advised her that brush is not going anywhere near my hair, seriously i could not believe my eyes.
the final result was equally disappointing, my hair didn't look straight or had any glimpse of glamour that i normally get when i walk out of the hairdresser.
As the procedure dictates the colourist came to check on the final result in this case notice the large halo (frizzy hair) and lack of volume missing from my hair,.
In all fairness to her she did offer to have my hair wet and redone by more experienced member of staff., i declined as i had other appointments.
I have been a regular customer having cut & colour every six weeks to this branch but after today's experience i will rethinking my future appointments.

I was on time for my appointment, stylist did not appear to be around and I was not happy at being kept waiting so long before stylist came to speak to me. Once my hair had been washed had another long delay before she started cutting my hair. I know stylists can get behind when cutting other people's hair but my stylist did not seem to have a client before me.

Excellent service. Apart from my massage chair did not work during hair wash. Otherwise faultless!

Great cut and blow dry

A little disappointed to be honest..I had grown my layers down which resembled a horrible bowl shape...I asked for a short natural choppy shape and on getting home and washing it myself I have a very short pixie type cut where the layers are too short to flick anywhere.... It looks like the top is also longer than the bottom... So I will end up with the 'bowl' shape again.... Back to six months ago... It's a nice cut just not what I wanted... ?

Service wasn't that great, and the receptionist wasn't very welcoming and actually made me feel quite uncomfortable. Hair cut was ok, wasn't really worth the money I paid I felt like she didn't really listen to what I wanted.

This is the second time I've visited and Simon has coloured my hair..so so happy with the end results each time!

Very friendly staff and great cut and colour

I have never been to Tony & Guy and come out disappointed. Today was no exception.
I don't know how many years I have been coming, but always good experience.

I attended today to buy some product for my other half. I was served by Shannon, she put me straight away at ease. I had a couple of bad experiences and she has changed my mind completely. From washing my hair and making me feel completely comfortable to making me feel amazing and trusting her to cut my hair in the first place.

As always excellent service although running a little late today. However always nice to sit, enjoy a head massage and cup of coffee in a lovely calm environment whilst having an excellent haircut
