Excellent service from colourist as always. However thinking of cancelling next appointment and not going again due to attitude of receptionist who is disrespectful - no please or thank you, no smile and looks at you like you are something she trod in!

Generally the staff were friendly and thorough. The lady who washed my hair could have been gentler to avoid pulling my hair. There was lots of cut hair everywhere, more could be done to keep this cleaned up.

Enjoy going to Toni&Guy about every 6-8 weeks. Love the massage chairs you sit in while having your hair washed and a head massage is always offered. I especially like seeing my same hairdresser Christine - we always have a good chat and I have great faith in her expertise as she is one of the senior hairdressers at Woking branch and she always spends time discussing exactly how I want my hair. The price is quite expensive but I think you get what you pay for and Toni&Guy are especially good at looking after their young trainee hairdressers - running training courses for them for about three years. I have spoken to many young trainees while having my hair washed and they always seem very happy with the way T&G look after them so I don't mind paying more if I know they are helping the youngsters.

I had my haircut by Christie, overall it was the best cut I've had in a very long time! Lots of attention to detail and even after drying she carried On cutting to ensure it was perfect! Highly recommended Christie

Lisa cut and styled my hair beautifully- so impressed with her ability to produce exactly what l asked for.

Friendly staff member (Charlotte) when engaging. We didn't engage in small talk, which I was fine with - though I noticed other customers and their hairdressers talking and wondered if I should have been making more of an effort.

I had my hair done by Salvatore and he was the most down the earth loveliest person! Made me feel really confident with my new hair and made me feel so welcome, I had trust in him to do what he thought was best with my hair and I couldn't be happier!

Had no problem with service, the hairdressers are incredible as always, however I do have to question L'Oréal's decision the 'improve' their hair treatment. What the.......!!!!! Never use it again ? Bad enough you have to pay for the upgrade......awful

Brilliant a joy to have the high level of service. Having my hair cut by Patrick and colour by Sarah is perfection.

Couldn't be happier with my cut and blow dry today, Patrick understood exactly what I wanted, which was a style change from long hair to an angled long bob. The look was finished off with a great blow dry with lots of volume, can't wait to show it off at a wedding later today. Also loved the massage chair at the washing station. Many thanks!

I booked online and the lovely Charlotte cut my hair. I left feeling 100% better. Very pleased with the cut Charlotte only cut off what was needed and agreed. I will be booking in again.

Salvator cut my hair to perfection. He is like artist at work. Also the girl ( sorry did not get the name) who washed my hair and gave me a head massage was very good.

As always, great service at Toni & Guy's. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. Sammi popped out to the chemist for me this morning as my back was playing up. The massage chair whilst having my hair washed did wonders for me, and the young boy who washed my hair gave me a wonderful head massage too. Always a lovely experience. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Sarah my hairdresser is really great at listening and offering knowledgeable advice on products and techniques. She is always patient and finds solutions, I trust her with my locks implicitly. She is also a lovely person to engage with in conversation.

Such a boost after losing g my hair earlier this year. I have had loads of compliments.

I love my hairdresser but junior staff need to be trained to serve customers better.

Both my stylist and colourist couldnt do enough to my my visit very comfortable but...... the Saturday boy .....though he said all the right things was somewhat lack lustre in shampooing.......and when it came to taking out the foils....it was like he was pulling them out without unfolding them...one of the other girls spotted this and came and helped by pointing out the error of his ways and gently removed them from my hair.

I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years now and I have never been disappointed

I went to have multicolour done and insted pink I had blue hair!!! Then while they try to fix it they put some special shampoo over to clean blue out and it damaged my hair so bad they start to fall out!!! On the end of that horrible experience they ask me to pay. I ask for very pastel pink and I had purple blue green ish!!! I had to pay lots of money for treatment on my hair to get them back to state they where and by the time I get them back the whole color went off and now I have green is hair! Not happy at all i told them I am not happy at all and I pay and go back home crying. It was embarrassing for me to even show my hair to public. Hairdresser experience should be nice and make me feel beautiful not ugly and embarrassed. Also I mention to stylist that I have bad experience before and she say it's going to be good and won't tak longer then 1h it took 3h!!! How unprofessional that is and ask me to pay for it as well. This is second time I had bad experience in this salon. I thought I give them second chance and I pay big price for it!! Thanks for the worst experience in my life!!!

Somehow this amazing stylist cut my hair into a really graduated bob which looks brilliant, especially considering he had to deal with the fact that I am growing out an undercut. Go there!!
