Greeting and hair wash staff, as always were chearful / welcoming.

I had not met Harriet before, but very quickly she put me at my ease and was able to keep up / respond to my usual weird/ tangental topics of conversation.

Harriet, several times, made me laugh and was v enjoyable...also must acknowledge, that unlike me, and men in general, Harriet was v skilfuly, able to humour me / use long technical terms and talk on topics that included the hair on elephants/ big cats,...while making an excellent job of my hair !!

v well done...and as usual a v enjoyable experience and money well spent. Thank you T&G :)))

I booked a fringe trim with Lisa, but she was off ill so my appointment was changed to be with Salvatore instead. I was give a time and a text message arrived to confirm the appointment. I turned up and Salavatore told the lovely lady on reception that he wouldn't be able to do it as he was too busy! Wish they had just cancelled it instead of re-arranging. The receptionist did try to find someone else but I didn't really just want to be squeezed in so said I'd come back. Not very happy :(

Sonya has helped me through each difficult stage of growing my hair. Fab haircut today and a style that suits me and is easy to look after - a haircut that lasts !!

Salvatore restored my faith in Toni&Guy Woking! I had stopped using this salon for a few years after being a loyal customer for over 10 years. I found the stylists and service were just not the same after my favourite stylists left. Salvatore was so friendly but professional and did a fantastic job of taming my hair after a long overdue cut. He was proactive in doing a colour allergy test when I mentioned it was something I’m looking to have done. Something previous stylist had just ignored...
