Alison really listens to what the client wants and advises what she feels would be beneficial. She explains what she is doing every step of the way and asks questions to make sure its really what you want. In fact all three of the colleagues I've been to recently, Alison, Anne and Caroline have been brilliant and sorted out my hair really well. It can be quite expensive to get the full works, which is what I've needed recently to 'recover' from a bad hair experience, but hopefully it'll work out cheaper in the long run. Thank you.

Very enjoyable experience, I had a voucher from Xmas and finally got round to using it. Brooke was my stylist and we discussed what I needed. She recommended a treatment as my hair was in a pretty sorry state. I was delighted w my cut and I’ll definitely be back😌

Lovely place, lovely staff, Maureen the manager is so welcoming from my first consultation after having a bad hair result elsewhere, she made sure I was put in safe hands , Caroline my stylist is amazing and full of information on any hair advice I ask her , have been regular client for years

regarding the value rating - you're going to pay a higher rate possibly because of the salons location and hence rates for a premium location so it is more expensive than other salons I have visited - but as long as I come out with exactly what I hoped to come out with then I am not going to complain - this is a chain of hairdressers and the staff don't set the prices - it's those up the chain !

Second visit after Rachel put my hair right after bad salon experience!! So pleased with the colour and cut and hair is in such better condition!! I very happy and would highly recommend !! Appointment on time and very efficient and personable x

All the staff were amazing. Got the hairstyle i wanted and how to care for it. I am disabled and they took very good care of me. Would definitely recommend this salon.

First time visit. Alison was enthusiastic to get everything right. She took her time to see what cut and style I wanted.
