Hardly anyone in the salon. Wasn’t offered a drink. Went back 10 minutes after I’d left as wasn’t happy with the way it looked… wasn’t hanging right on one side. Lady ran straighteners through and said it was fine. Don’t feel like it’s been cut very well at all and for £60 I’m very disappointed!

Caroline is the only stylist in a long time that has my colour perfect excellent service couldn’t be happier.

Brooke did a really good job of a bouncy blow dry yesterday morning for a Christmas party in the evening. Blow dries usually drop out of my hair within hours but it's lasted until today so I'm delighted. Thank you.

Regis Metrocentre is the best salon in the area. The atmosphere is great and the salon is very clean and tidy. Ashley is very good at her job, the best ❤️ my hair always looks perfect when I leave the salon. She has great customer service and very experienced. I will never go anywhere else now.

Booked for my Christmas hairdo and as usual my hairdresser was smiling and ready for me. She personally washed and conditioned my hair making pleasant conversation all the while. She made a lovely coffee for me and started to cut and style as we had previously discussed. My hair was once again fresh and lovely at the end of the experience and I was helped into my coat by two staff. Brilliant.

Ashley was fab - she was so friendly and knowledgeable and made my hair look amazing for my birthday!

Alison really listens to what the client wants and advises what she feels would be beneficial. She explains what she is doing every step of the way and asks questions to make sure its really what you want. In fact all three of the colleagues I've been to recently, Alison, Anne and Caroline have been brilliant and sorted out my hair really well. It can be quite expensive to get the full works, which is what I've needed recently to 'recover' from a bad hair experience, but hopefully it'll work out cheaper in the long run. Thank you.
