Lovely stylist Anne helped me to choose a new haircut that’s easier to upkeep with my joint issues. She really took care of me and gave me lots of advice. The finished result is fabulous!!

I always enjoy my appointments with Alison. Alison listens to what I want, and allows me to sit quietly and read a book! (A luxury that I don’t get any other time!)
The staff at the salon are kind, friendly and helpful.
My only feedback would be that the actual salon itself could use a coat of paint to freshen up the walls and some display lights need fixing.

As she does every Vicky, Kirstie takes her time to work out colour etc. Her colleagues often asking her for her expert advice for their own clients. Whole visit enjoyable

My daughter was booked in Christmas Eve for highlights .The hairdresser did her hair and dried it off but my daughter pointed out it did not blend in and had a ginger tinge to it . The hairdresser suggested more highlights , the appointment was made at 11.00 , my daughter was moved to the back of the shop and for got about . Eventually when no other clients were left the hairdresser remembered her and came running across . My daughter said just wash it and dry it off . When she's washed it a couple of days later it looks like a patch work quilt . It cost £170 for the experience ! I have photos if required .

I think it was disgraceful my 79 yr old mother was charged £90 for her hair cut into a bob when she went back 2 weeks later because she found it hard to manage she was charged a further £110 to cut it a bit shorter. I wouldn’t go here if it was the last salon on earth far too overpriced.

I didn’t get the girl’s name (she was only 20) but she was very sweet and just the right level of chatty without being intrusive . I liked her and liked her cutting

I visited the salon on Tuesday to discuss getting a Joelinton Blonde Dye. Had the patch test done within 5 minutes and was booked in on Thursday morning (Today). Julie B was great! Highly recommended!! Family love it!! Already booked follow up appointment.

Happy with my hair color, hair cut and Keratin hair treatment. My frizzy Asian dark hair has smoothened out a lot. Hair wash after this treatment has reduced my hair straightening time duration. Looking forward to see if treatment lasts for months atleast. Expected hair wash lady(I think she is called Daniel) to scrub my scalp properly as hair color deposit was left behind even after 3washes!

It's a joy to have my hair cut and looking good for a few weeks. Anne is very experienced and deals with my fine hair expertly..

Caroline is amazing. Always gets my cut and colour exactly how I want it. Nothing is ever a hassle for her.

Overcharged for a child's haircut. £41 for a little boy, no wash and no product. When I queried this, I was told it was correct, despite a man's cut being advertised as less. I was told noone in salon was trained to give a refund and to call to speak to the manager.

I got a fabulous haircut. Exactly what I wanted. Plus lots of hints and tips to keep my hair looking good.

I asked for a few highlight and a root colour plus a trim. I was not shown a colour chart of options so the result was much lighter than I wanted. I asked for a slight trim and left with 2.5 inches off the length of my hair which has upset me greatly. My usual hairdresser does what I ask for a third of the price and I request a refund

Julie is quite amazing, she has this unbelievable knowledge that as soon as you start explaining, she just knows….. and she delivers. Only a true caring professional can expedite what she did with my hair today.
