Evelyn is a top hairdresser, and she always makes the visit a very enjoyable one!
General reception though is very slow, I was left standing for quite a while even though other staff at the back of the salon had seen me. This is not the first time I’ve noticed this. Not Evelyn’s fault!

Donna has been doing my hair for years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service and treatment I receive from her. Not only is she a great hairdresser but she is also very friendly and easy to get along with. I always enjoy my visit to the salon.

The worst hairdresser experience ever! I have traveled extensively and have had my hair done all over the world. I needed a quick hair trim and blow dry for my holiday but I wish I had it done at my holiday destination. The hairdresser was with an attitude who didn’t seem to want to be there, she was pulling my hair when washing them and all her enthusiasm and fake smile was only when she tried selling something (hair treatment which she said is £13 but then at the checkout it was £15). Not only that but when I was done with my hair, I went to the checkout to pay for that treatment I was sold. I already paid for the haircut and blow dry via Treatwell and told her so, but she just aggressively kept saying that her price is xyz! She would not listen at all until her senior came to assist! You should not be advertising anything on Treatwell or anywhere if your staff are not trained to process these at the checkout! My time was wasted waiting for you to sort out how to operate your till! If I knew I would never come!!! Overall very unpleasant experience - not just a hairdresser but a human experience! Will never ever come back and will RECOMMEND DON’T GO THERE!!!

I went to Regis today with a real challenge for the salon regarding my damaged hair and left the salon with re-coloured, fabulously conditioned hair. Cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and kindness.

Visited the salon for the first time today. I always feel a bit anxious and awkward getting my hair done but didn't feel any of that in this salon. It was welcoming and a nice atmosphere. Donna listened to what I wanted and advised on what would work for me. Will definitely be booking another appointment, love my new hair!

I had a lovely haircut and styling today by Alison. She is very chatty and uplifting and she made me look twenty years younger too.

Evelyn never fails to make me feel fabulous! I trust her judgement completely and I’m always very happy with the results. From a chance walk in one day when I’d left my hair for well over a year and needed some guidance, I was so lucky that Evelyn was available. She gave me a restyle and I left the salon feeling absolutely ecstatic and 10 years younger. She persuaded me to have it coloured at the next appointment which knocked another 10 years off and I’ve never looked back. I really look forward to my visits and our chats. She’s amazing!! ❤️

She was brilliant

I went into salon for wash and blow dry and was offered a treatment taking it upto £48. I had my hair washed with shampoo but didn’t feel like she got to the root of my hair. Then I had a spray put on and left then rinsed off my hair was soaking still but towels were too small so hair was dripping while getting blow dried. The salon was so dirty plenty of staff too for it to be the way it was. My hair was no different from treatment. I got something all over the side of my face off the sink what hadn’t been cleaned from customer before.

Alison was very good as she listened to the way I wanted my hair cut and iam very happy with my hair I will be back again and I will tell people how good you are

As usual left the saloon delighted with the service. Evelyn has been responsible for looking after my hair for many years. Our relationship is friendly and comfortable. Evelyn’s advice and professionalism is always 100%.

Anne is very caring and kind. She listens to the clients wishes and adheres to what the client wants.

My second visit to the salon with with Louise, made to feel very comfortable and like a valued customer. On my First visit Louise really took the time to find out what I wanted, today I was made to feel the same, Louise remembered what I wanted but made sure to ask.
