I had my hair coloured by Hope today. I was really nervous coming to a new salon after just recently moving to Newcastle, but my friend Jenny Atkinson recommended the salon.

Everyone was really welcoming and Hope has done my hair beautifully with a Olaplex treatment in the colour. I’m so happy with it.

This will definitely be my new hair salon from now on!

Came back to Boilerhouse after a break and decided to try the new Ouseburn branch. Easy online booking, shop with great buzz and character. My stylist was lovely and made sure she understood what i wanted, before doing a thorough, superbly cut style which I am really pleased with! In addition the hairwashing/conditioning treatments were good quality and fragrant, leaving my hair in excellent condition...will be back again soon...

Just had gel nails applied by the lovely Emma. Greeted by smiley Elle, shown to the waiting area upstairs which is very plush with the stunning Pink velvet sofa.
Beautiful beauty room, made the experience even more special.
Emma was a lovely therapist, did a wonderful job of my gel nail. There was a variety of coloured gels to choose from.
Overall lovely way so spend a Saturday and very happy with my nails. Highly recommend 5*

Amazing from start to finish. A number of stylists coloured/cut/ washed and blow dried my hair and every single staff member was fantastic.
Very attentive and there is lovely atmosphere. I’m so happy with my hair. For a long time I have not been able to find the right salon for me. I’m so happy I have found the PERFECT salon.

Radha, did a microdermabrasion for me, a complete Californian style. I enjoyed and found it one of the most relaxing experience whilst having facial ever. I have already booked my second appointment.

It’s super thorough and totally worth the price. You get rid of blackheads and get full cleansing treatment. She gives you shoulder, arms, neck and head massage to relax and then applies hydrating mask after microdermabrasion.

I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Hope did an amazing job with my hair today. I wasn’t sure how to get the desired look I wanted but she gave me options and was so professional throughout. The results were amazing and exactly what I wanted. She’s saved my dreadful hair and turned it into something amazing. I can’t thank her enough!

A little dissapointed with appointment today. Firstly had to wait almost 1 hour for my appointment to get underway due to a previous late customers arrival earlier in the day. Although apologies were made when my appointment got underway it was very disjointed due to my hairdresser having to attend to other clients. Was promised a free conditioning treatment for my inconvenience which unfortunately didn’t take place either.

Thanks a lot , brilliant hairdo and lovely hairdresser. I’ve had a bit of a bad year health wise and this has made me feel a lot better.

There are only a few times in a mans life that make him happy, all if them involve make up or Hair done for the women in his life. One if my Daughters actually bounced across the salon toward me exclaiming how happy she was. A huge hug ensued and all was good.

Today I went to do the manicure (Jessica gel nails). Honestly, I have been to many places in Newcastle and no one has done my nails so perfect! Artemis was very nice to me and helpful in choosing the color (as it is usually difficult to stick to one). The location, atmosphere, interior design, service (coffee was also very good) - everything is at the highest level! I would definitely recommend this place!
