Lovely experience, great colour and Artemis is fab!

It was my first time visiting, sally helped me and understood exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere and environment in the shop was amazing and the staff are great. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

Best salon I've ever been to and that's why I drive an hour to you guys. I'm always happy with my hair and Isaac is a fantastic stylist, very knowledgable, takes his time and will always advise on what's right. A credit to the salon as are all the staff!

Isaac is a really lovely person who did a wonderful job of dyeing & styling my hair. I came in with over-processed, candy floss pink hair and a wonky undercut, and somehow managed to leave with a gorgeous, sleek bob that is back to my natural colour. The service was great and the staff were all friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my hair & will most definitely be back to Boilerhouse Ouseburn.

Boilerhouse is a fantastic salon, and one I’ve been coming to since the start of 2019.
Saskia is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and talented and makes every appointment an absolute joy.
I’ve had my hair platinum blonde for as long as I can remember and came to Boilerhouse after a bad experience at my old salon.
Saskia put my mind to rest immediately, making sure I was looked after and got exactly the results I’d asked for and was expecting.
Recently, I’d decided to go to a highlighted blonde but hadn’t wanted to darken my look too much. Once again, Saskia delivered and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
I can’t recommend the salon enough, it has a great atmosphere, so many talented stylists and is great value for the results!

Love this salon, staff really friendly & obviously all very well trained. Hope styled & coloured my hair just as I asked & beauticians spot on with nails etc...a really professional team. Always a great experience & complimentary coffee a treat! Well done Felix!!

Isaac has been styling my hair for over a year now and without fail always makes sure I’m comfortable, looked after, and I leave with 10/10 hair. Would highly recommend the Boilerhouse, despite being really popular they’ve always found a way to accommodate me last minute and every time I visit, Isaac works miracles! Him and the whole team are fantastic.

Had balayage done by Hope, so happy with the style and colour and customer service is amazing!

It is always a joy having my hair cut here. Felix is a great stylist, I get the hair cut I want and they use lovely products. Polite and friendly. Jolly good all round.

Hope have great advice on what style would suit me and kindly managed to find time to do highlights in the same session on very short notice. So happy with the result. Great service and the student discount does hurt either!

Isaac listen and gave in put of ideas and considerations for my hair type. My hair is big wavy and complicated and he was very conscientious to that.

My favourite place to get my gel nails. Leanne is fab! My nails always look so good and are in the best condition

I get my hair done every 3 weeks by Saskia or Isaac and I’ve never been happier with it! The staff are lovely, it’s a relaxed atmosphere and I would recommend the stylists to anyone!

She understood exactly what I was asking for and made it happen! My hair is moving in ways in never has before thanks to some very nifty razor work. Genuinely so impressed. Worth every penny. I love boilerhouse for my hair but I also come every month for my nails and brows doing. The beauticians are all lovely and it’s great that I can bring Mabel (my dog) along too! There is always a fab drink selection including a glass of fizz!

I was made to feel so comfortable, I was nervous to have my hair coloured for the first time and Hope made me feel at ease and explained everything :) also it turned out great!

Missed head massage when hair washed. Prefer to have stylist completely dry my hair and not by trainee. Colour and hair cut excellent well looked after for coffee etc.

Amazing experience at boiler house, was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and looked after throughout my time there! Fab results and couldn’t be happier with my hair, it is exactly how I wanted it! The best service!

I had a lovely afternoon, the team were all very welcoming and friendly. This was my first haircut in four years as I decided to grow it out to donate to a good cause, I was actually quite nervous. I am thrilled with my new look and I will return in a month or two. Thanks again to all the team.
