Amazing experience, I went in today feeling a little unsure about what I wanted to do but knowing I wanted a change, Hope listened to how I was feeling and guided me to a style that would meet my needs. Hope then delivered on that and styled me hair beautifully. I left feeling really happy and with a little extra hop/bounce in my step! So thank you Hope x

I brought my little girl in for a haircut, she is 3 so is quite wary of strangers but the whole team were immediately welcoming and Nicole was just brilliant. My daughter is now running around the house screaming ‘look at my beautiful hair’. Thanks all :)

Leanne did a fabulous job with my HD brows. She also made a real effort with my LV lashes because they were damaged by a different beautician.

Hope always gets my colour just right. Love the tone and way she frames my face. She also squeezed in a little trim of my bangs too!

Really nice staff. Happy with how my hair turned out, asked a few times before cutting if I was happy with the length which was lovely.

Nicole coloured my hair and felix cut it. Both were fantastic! Had lovely easy going chats with them both and really happy with the results! Loving my new Lob and feel ready for Christmas having been spoilt!

I used to go to the hairdressers and hate the way they would do it but Saskia does it perfectly.

It’s taken me 4 years to find a hairdresser I like, trust and who is really good and now I found her! Zahra is brilliant - never leave me!

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Saskia for a while now and I always love it! Amazing haircut and a lovely chat.

The salon did a great job on my hair I loved it. Hope was really helpful when choosing my shade and the lovely girl that styled my hair (I don’t think she told me her name) was SO lovely and chatty and styled it beautifully.

Hope is truly amazing, she listens to what you are looking for and is great at giving advice as well as doing an amazing hair colour and cut! I Will not go anywhere else Boilerhouse Ouseburn is such a friendly and attentive salon.

Stylist Zara listened to how I wanted my hair, advised accordingly and she washed,cut and blow dried my hair. Whole process was pleasing and quick and Zara was friendly throughout. I was happy with the result.

Hope has coloured my hair for a while now and I have recently had extensions put in which makes doing my highlights a bit more complicated. She worked with me to make sure the colour was a perfect match and was really conscientious the whole time to ensure they came out perfectly! I’m super happy with the colour match and my hair looks amazing!

Just had my first visit to Boilerhouse Ouseburn and feel like I found my new salon! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the salon feels modern and clean.
Love my haircut and styling, Saskia really tried to understand what I wanted and checked in I was happy with it throughout. A perfect haircut I know I'll be able to maintain beautifully at home.
Overall couldn't recommend it more and will be back soon!
