Boilerhouse Hair Salon Ouseburn

I've been coming to the salon for just under 2 years and Hope always does an amazing job. She knows exactly what I want even though I can't explain myself very well! She's confident and skilled so I just let her do her work, trusting she'll do exactly what I need.
I'm always super happy with the results and won't ever get my hair coloured anywhere else because of this!

I’m from Essex and came up on business and was recommended this salon by a friend; from the second I entered I was made to feel so welcomed and comfortable. All the staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for me. Hope made my experience one to remember and I will definitely return every time im up in Newcastle! She is a perfectionist and worked overtime to make sure my blow dry was perfect. Couldn’t recommend enough, and a huge thank you to Hope and the lady on reception for making it an experience to remember! Thank you girls! Xx

Hope is an amazing hairdresser. (In fact all the stylists are in that salon!) Her colour skills are absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Exceptionally sensitive to clients needs, while also given very thoughtful advice. Knows what works best and provides bespoke guidence on after care /styling hair. Consistently the best - never go anywhere else

Lovely with my daughter and made a beautiful and glamorous job of Ella’s hair. She was delighted and normally not keen on getting a cut. Saloon so lovely and calm and although very funky is still very welcoming. So glad a found it and gave it a try ?

I was super happy with how lovely and professional both Leanne and Nicole were that I'm now a happy regular!

Everyone was super accommodating during my first visit and managed to slot me in for a hair cut and balayage plus an eyebrow wax and eyelash tint whilst I waited for my hair to dye.

I appreciated it when Nicole explained the balayage process to me and I'll certainly return for my next cut/colour.

I love the shape Leanne waxes my eyebrows, she tidies them up but keeps them bold. She was also super chatty and put me at ease during the bikini wax and introduced me to the eyelash life and I'm so impressed with the results.

The other staff are also all super friendly, efficient and professional :)

The atmosphere of the salon is great. All of the staff are friendly but focussed on doing their best possible work. They are also happy to chat but never force small talk.
Every time I've been the attention to detail from colour, to cut, to blow dry has been brilliant. It is a long job colouring my hair but Hope is always really thorough and takes. Are to do an amazing job.

I love coming here and I won’t go anywhere else. Hope has literally transformed my hair and it’s in so much better condition. She listens to what I want and im always amazed with the results. Came for a long overdue cut and highlights today and, as always, I love it! Bit of a change for the cut and I absolutely ADORE my colour. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the girl who did my colour (maybe Nicole?) but she was so lovely and did an amazing job!

Nicole did such a lovely job with my hair. I usually hate going to the hairdresser and run home straight away to fix it because they never seem to get what I want. However, I loved the results here! She understood exactly what I wanted and my hair looks the best it has in ages. It was my first time at Boilerhouse and I will definitely be returning.
