Excellent as usual! Couldn’t recommend Boilerhouse in Ouseburn enough. Friendly staff and excellent at what they do!

The service was great from start to finish from all staff, and I got a fantastic cut from Isaac. Will definitely be going back for my next.

Having not ventured in to a salon for almost 11 months I chose the Boilerhouse Ousburne for a much needed trim and colour. I was not disappointed. Hope listened to what I had in mind, asked all the right questions and for the 1st time possibly ever I left a hair salon with exactly what I asked for!

Really friendly, professional, helpful people. Felix is a star. He talks to you and listens to what you want. I can’t recommend it highly enough. I used to dread having my hair cut but I immediately feel and ease in the salon. I love the cheerful banter and the laid back atmosphere.

Where do I start?! From start to finish Radha was fab, from booking in to understanding me and my skins needs- she got it all. She explained every step to me and what it would do for my skin and all her aftercare advice was so simple and easy to follow. Really happy with both cut and colour by Felix, my hair is exactly as I wanted and looks much shinier and healthier. I've had a really positive experience in a really nice atmosphere every time I've visited - would highly recommend! I've visited both before and after social distancing measures were introduced, and I think the hygiene practices that have been introduced work really well.

Hope was professional and had fantastic customer service. She did an amazing job of my colour and everyone has commented how good it looks and how healthy it is. After shying away from a hairdressers for over 2 years I was a bit nervous to get my hair done, but I absolutely loved my blonde balayage and hair cut by Hope. The colour is amazing and blends in with my natural hair really well I was so happy with the way it came out. This was first time getting my hair done at the boiler house and I have to say it’s the best experience hairdresser wise. I’ve ever had. Ruby was the lovely lady that did my hair.
