Usually go to Jesmond salon but came to Ouseburn instead - fabulous service from the minute I walked in from Ruby who washed my hair and answered all my questions about the products and then Sally who did a complete restyle EXACTLY how I wanted it. FABULOUS salon - wouldn’t go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A VISIT!

It was my first trip to boiler house today, and I am so so happy with my hair results, especially my highlights. Can also see the adaptations they have made for the current climate and I felt very safe here! Will definitely be returning!

All the staff are friendly and helpful and the salon is taking all the measures necessary to protect their clients. I highly recommend Boilerhouse Ouseburn.

It was my first visit to Boilerhouse and all of the team put me at ease as soon as I arrived. Hope took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve with my hair and explained the best way to get to where I wanted to be. She talked me through her steps so I knew exactly what the plan was, and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Saskia is an excellent and creative haircutter. She istens attentively and is responsive to what her client requests. She is friendly, interested, and not intrusive in her manner. I thoroughly enjoyed the session.
