My fav salon in the world & Izzie did it again. She always gets my balayage super blonde as requested whilst keeping the condition perfect. Izzie is so lovely to chat to it’s like I’m sitting with my friends chatting away!

Nina was awesome - I was 15 mins late and this was no trouble, there was no rushing and she took the time and care over my hair!

First time here as needed a new hairdresser. Lovely staff and great atmosphere, Izzie is so friendly and we agreed what we would be doing with colour this time and next time (following poor colouring elsewhere).

I mixed up my appointment time which meant that I arrived 15 minutes late to my colour appointment, however the staff were very considerate and understanding and were able to suggest several appointment options to reschedule. I was still able to have my cut which was done very beautifully. My hair looks so much healthier, smells great and feels brilliant too!

Jo my stylist was absolutely amazing. She was so patient in spending plenty of time with me m, listening to what I was looking for, and talking me through the process to ensure I got the desired effect. 6 hours later I came out feeling like a supermodel :-) All of the staff were so nice, Becky also did a fantastic job in blow drying and styling my hair at the end. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone to visit this salon.

Colour wasn’t quite what I asked and the waves put in my hair by the last stylist were a bit messy at the back but the staff were lovely and very attentive and took the time to make sure they understood what I wanted.

Why would I go anywhere else when Nina and the team provide such a great service? Boilerhouse has to be the best option every time!

As ever Molly styled my hair with care and creativity. She always takes into account any suggestions I make regarding my hairstyle and incorporates them beautifully.

I won’t be returning to either Jesmond or Ouseburn for hair anymore.
