Boilerhouse Hair and Beauty Salon Jesmond

Another amazing experience at the Boilerhouse. I can not fault the service here. The staff are amazing (especially Molly who works wonders with hair), all are friendly and attentive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the North East!

Thanks so much for my cut and blow-dry this morning. It felt very well organised with all the new rules but still a friendly and relaxing experience and the regulations didn't affect the service. Hope all goes well with the "new normal". I'm feeling great with my new cut :)

As usual a perfect cut and a good experience

I was really worried about going to the hairdressers as I’ve only ever had bad experiences. I showed Izzie a picture of exactly what I wanted (caramel blonde balayage) and she recreated it better than I could have ever imagined !! My hair feels and looks amazing. Thank you so much.

I have difficult to manage hair and usually leave the hairdresser disappointed. However, I was very happy with the cut and colour that Molly did. She listened to what I wanted but also gave useful advice. Finally I have found a hairdresser that I like! Thanks Molly ?

Having curly hair I've put off getting it cut and coloured because of bad experiences in the past. I can happily say that I've found my new fave salon & stylist for my hair! Molly listened to everything I had to say and I love the results! Everyone was friendly and always offered a refreshment every step of the way. Can't praise this place enough!

I was a little late this morning to my appointment but the staff were very accommodating and were still able to fit me in for my full appointment.

Sophie has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and always does an amazing job. Cut, colour, styling is perfection and she’s such a nice easy going person my time in the salon just flies by. The salon is always busy with a really buzzy atmosphere, they serve great coffee and everyone who works there is just so lovely. Would 100% recommend

Great treatment today from Amy, as usual. Talked through process and clear aftercare. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Love the decor in the salon. Lashes are really full, almost feels like wearing false lashes!

As a long term client I can’t fault the salon, quirky, eclectic & professional. Molly is creative, patient & talented - everything you need in a stylist, she’s also great craic & lovely !

Michael is such a nice down to earth lad. He really listened to me and was very sensitive when I told him about my hair thinning due to ill health. He gave some great honest advice for me to get the best from my hair now and plan for the future. Great service, cut and style. Left feeling much more confident. Will definitely be back for regular cuts.

It's like visiting old friends as I've been getting my haircut here for so long.
I always get a fab cut by either Vicky or Nina. Occasionally I'll treat myself to colour too and I've found their knowledge of what's best for me to be spot on each time.
Oh! and I travel 100 miles each time to have my haircut as I don't trust anyone else to do it.

Thanks so much to Nina for the wonderful haircut. I'm usually incredibly fussy about my hair but Nina managed to shape it exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and all staff were incredibly attentive. Will definitely be back!

Vicky is wonderful. This was my first haircut since it started growing back after chemo. She did a fantastic job both with the cut and the colour. I left the salon feeling fabulous and knowing that I could put my wig away in its box. Thank you Vicky.

Been going to molly for a few years now and she’s a magician. She always gets the colour spot on, she knows how to capture exactly what you want and how to get your hair out of sticky (green hair) situations. I completely trust her to do whatever she thinks is best! Plus, she’s got top craic which definitely adds to the 2+ hours in the salon x

First time visiting salon as used the same hairdresser for 20 years, all the staff were lovely and so welcoming and felt at ease, Micheal is a lovely guy and took time with my hair and finished product was lovely will definitely be back
