I have been going to Boiler House for 19 years and have always had great service. My stylist is Jo She is fabulous! Gives advice when needed, makes suggestions, she listens and has a sense of humour and above all she is a top stylist. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

As always an excellent haircut and blow dry by Vicky. She really understands curly hair:-)

I always feel so welcome and looked after regardless of what treatment I get!!! Saw Alexa for a Jessica french polish and Jo for a deluxe cut and was so comfortable and relaxed throughout both treatments. These lovely ladies went above and beyond to make sure my time in the salon was exceptional.

I'm always very pleased with my hair cut & the service, everyone is always professional & very friendly. I often get compliments on my hair.

I was a little nervous when I first arrived but I was made to feel very at home and relaxed. The service was quick and kind and I couldn’t be more happy with the results of my perm. I really do recommend this to absolutely anyone.

Alexa has been super efficient and friendly, as much as a Brazilian hurts Alexa made it easy, fast and fun, we had a giggle and I would recommend! In and out In no time, I love all the staff, Thank you

My first trip to the salon and I will definitely be back. Everyone was really friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely and inviting, upstairs felt really calm (there was a puppy) thanks to Jo who cut my hair after listening to exactly what I was after and got it just right. Thanks so much x x

Absolutely amazing service and beautiful cut by Sally who has an eye and skill to match what suits the client best! I wasn't sure of how to style before the appointment but Sally had helped me finalise and perfect my vision and I LOVE the final result. The salon is beautiful and is a pampering experience in itself! Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic service from Kim and Gaby who always go the extra mile in terms of service and kindness. I had first class care. Kim has radically changed my look! Most weeks someone tells me I look twenty years younger and that the new style reflects my personality. When I see old photos of myself, I see what a miracle Kim has wrought. I feel more useful and invigorated. I have even updated my clothes. Thank you so much.

Jo is so friendly and professional, she always makes me feel amazing and she totally knows her stuff and my hair is healthy and happy! Love my trips to see her. I also go to have nails and lashes done and alexa is fab at those. Lovely salon, great team and really accommodating for my young baby.

It's the place where they would really think about your style instead of persuading you to do more colour or other things, the hair remains good whne it's longer, and good for my face and body in general! Couldn't recommend more.

loved it was listened to and given exactly what i wanted ruby did a great job fixing what another salon had done, will definetly make this my new hairdressers, it was nice and clean aswell with a nice atmosphere x

The service I received was fine and everyone was friendly. But I’m not overly impressed with my cut. It’s absolutely fine if I just wanted something basic, but I asked for more shaping around the face and shorter layers, but I was told it wouldn’t work. I’ve ended up with a very boxy square looking hair cut that does nothing for me around my face. I think next time I’ll try and find someone who knows curly hair well and can cut accordingly. I never go to hairdressers but I felt like treating myself, but on this occasion sadly I wished I hadn’t

A lovely visit! I was tired if my colour and my cut had lost its shape. Sophie was great at working out exactly what I was looking for and she gave me a great colour with caramel baby lights to give movement and the cut was great, a lovely shape and my hair felt in great condition again.
