A lovely visit! I was tired if my colour and my cut had lost its shape. Sophie was great at working out exactly what I was looking for and she gave me a great colour with caramel baby lights to give movement and the cut was great, a lovely shape and my hair felt in great condition again. First time visit, very nervous as I wanted a big change. Jo did not disappoint. She listened to my vision and executed it perfectly. Gorgeous salon, so interesting. All staff looked cool and were super welcoming. I left feeling great and confident and had so many compliments from friends and strangers. Will never go anywhere else from now on. Whilst I have been visiting the Boilerhouse monthly for many years, too many to count I always leave very happy. The standard of cutting is exceptional and I would go nowhere else.

Lovely salon and was happy with my hair but after telling my hairdresser that I was going to a university summer ball she didn’t think to let me know I was eligible for 30% student discount! Seems a bit unhelpful, I could’ve saved about £40 :(

I really look forward to my pamper time at the Boilerhouse. Margaret is an excellent stylist and colourist. She always knows just what to do to tame my mane and let me leave the salon feeling fabulous. I don't know where I'd be without her.....She's never allowed to retire!!!!

Love my colour, highlights look really nice and natural and I also love the atmosphere of this salon. Definitely would recommend to people.

I was told when I came in that the hair I wanted may not be possible but that sally would try anyway. I walked out the happiest I’ve been as it was exactly as I’d been picturing and no-one had been able to get it right before. Sally was so knowledgeable about my hair and was able to explain what had previously gone wrong and how we could make it work for the future. Highly recommend Boilerhouse and sally as I will definitely be returning again.

My hair had been butchered by another salon, it was awful. Sophie was fantastic and transformed me back in to a human being!

Absolutely Over the moon at how wonderful my hair has turned out! I was so anxious about going to boiler house purely through my own anxiety but the whole staff team made me feel so welcome and at ease!! Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Amazing cut as ever

I’ve been going to this salon for years and it’s great for a pamper. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, and lasting hairstyle. It is quite pricey but the little extras such as wine and the massage chair make it worth it, as is the quality of the cut and colour I get from Michael. I strongly recommend!

I booked a last minute appointment. I booked it with Sally. Sally doesn’t normally do my hair and today is the first time we’ve met, however she makes you feel like you’ve know her for years. Sally made me feel very comfortable and relaxed- I felt in very capable hands. Sally was honest and gave me good personalised advice about my hair. She listened to me, it’s not often you get exactly what you want with your hair, but I certainly did today. Thank you Sally and Boilerhouse. ????

Alexa was fabulous, I left with great nails and eyebrows and feel thoroughly relaxed and refreshed.

Molly as ever gave me a superb cut. She is always enthusiatic , takes on board any suggestions I make and offers good advice. I like coming to Boilerhouse, there is a pleasant atmosphere in the Salon.

Jo was amazing. I came into the salon with super long hair, with a photo of my desired hairstyle (a short cut) but that was it, she worked out exactly what I wanted and cut it fab!! I will be back. Couldn't recommend enough!

I would not go anywhere else for my hair. Over the years, Michael has patiently stood over me while I ponder various variations on a theme, and he has always understood how my hair works and what suits me. It is always a pleasure.

Always a lovely colour with Molly and cut with Vicky. I've gone to Boiler House for almost 20 years because their stylists are talented, experienced and they diligently focus on delivering what the client asks for their hair.

I always look forward to my appointments at the Boilerhouse and today was no different. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the level of expertise is outstanding. I always feel confident that Margaret will weave her magic and create an amazing style and today she totally restyled my hair, tamed my mane and I left the salon feeling absolutely fabulous.
