Lucy was brilliant at advising me on my colour and style and it’s the best cut I’ve had in a long time

Excellent service start to finish. Welcoming and polite on entering and was seen to straight after. Zarah provided a lovely consult was very attentive and understanding to what I wanted. She communicated throughout the process of cutting and styling my hair, whilst providing recommendations. Zarah was very confident, knowledgable and highly skilled. Would return again and highly recommend.

Having not been to the hairdressers since pre-lockdown, I felt pretty miserable and embarrassed about the state and length of my hair. I’m so happy with it - literally feel like a new person - love the cut and how Michael styled it. Plus he was just so lovely and it felt like I was catching up with an old friend, despite just meeting him today.

Izzie really listened to what I wanted and checked throughout the cut that I was happy with it. So happy with the results and definitely will visit again!

Vicky gave me another fabulous cut today, all ready to visit family in USA. I can honestly say, in 31 years, I’ve never left the salon without feeling delighted with my cut. Colourist didn’t check colour before junior washed it off - chose a top price stylist for a trim and tidy for me a 76 year old pensioner with dimension when a junior would’ve been adequate - £170 for essentially a half head of highlights a root touch up and a tidy trim is way over priced for an underwhelming result. The experience in the salon was lovely staff friendly but apart from that disappointing

I went there to have my hair cut and colour done and I am over the moon with the results. It was one of the best service of my life. It took the hair stylist 6 hours to do the whole process. They work so hard and worth every penny. They are top hair saloon. The staff is professional and respected my privacy due to the fact that I am practicing Muslim and they respected that and their were no Mens with me while the girls were doing my hair

My hair was done by Millie, who did a wonderful job and was both professional and friendly. Millie explained the products she used and why she chose them, which is unusual and valuable. Boiler house is on the expensive side for some people but if you want the best then shell out.

Vicky is phenomenal - absolutely love my hair - she really transformed it from a complete mess to a fab style I love! The salon is very relaxed and lovely reception, thank you!

So happy to have found Boilerhouse and Nina, finally! There are so few salons that have someone who really knows how to cut naturally curly hair. Showed Nina a picture of the general shape I like and did a little dance on the inside when she twisted my curls and cut into them, then styled it with curly- girl skills. Thank you so much!

The team especially Vicky and Gabi who are amazing, I trust them wholly with my hair, they know I’m a lazy hair lady, and always listen to what I think I want whilst skilfully sharing what they think will work. I have had my hair cut by Nina for 30 years and obviously know that Nina is amazing. This is the first time Vicky has done it. She is brilliant! I’m really pleased with my hair - thanks Vicky you’re a star. If ever Nina is unavailable I will definitely book with Vicky- super talented, total professional and a lovely, kind woman.
