I made the appointment spontaneously as I examined my desperate ends at work, and was lucky enough to grab an appointment with the lady who has done my hair the last few times I’ve been. I love the atmosphere, it’s quiet but still great music playing in the background. Nothing pretentious about it, I feel so comfortable as soon as I walk in. Kay and the team are absolutely awesome. She not only sorted my hair but also my mother's as well. She and Lauren made my Mam's day with the light-hearted banter we all shared. My mam is 82 and has been using Kay for about a year now, she won't go anywhere else as they treat her so well, helping her get around the salon and just being so helpful.

I am not sure who cutted my hair before, but I expected more for the cut and finish experience. This summer, I have twice hair cut in David Harvey. However, neither has significantly improved my requirements that the hair on the top of my head is still too snug, the ends are very heavy and my hair looks very opposite.
K was wonderful, chatty and great at talking me through what she was doing. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. The service was lovely and the finished product has my heart. Completely in love with my hair
