I wasn’t disappointed with my hair today, I don’t think I ever will be!
There are trainees in the salon but they are very much included as part of the team and it’s so rewarding watching their confidence and abilities grow under Emma’s guidance, and I hope to see them qualify and eventually be working there as qualified stylists ( a special mention to Izzy) 😊
I have 100% confidence in Emma’s knowledge of hair and associated problems therefore I asked her to recommend a product which would help with blocked hair follicles on the scalp, which bothers my husband.
Emma took a “ history” and recommended a product from their specialist range, she also instructed me in the correct way to apply it too….. I appreciate her interest and sincere concern and again the information is delivered in a professional knowledgable manner.
I left having the next 3 appts already booked, so relaxed and pleased I forgot to leave Emma’s “ tip”😂yes I did go back!

Every time I come I look like a fright with my unruly hair but Stacey has no fear and she tame my hair she also lets me offload , she is the greatest stylist but a genuinely caring and supportive woman I feel blessed to know .
