Dalton my stylist today was most professional, not pushy or judgemental in conversation or manner.
I'm pretty vague about how I would like my hair to look and so he cautiously proceeded to let me trust in how he knew it would look best, he put me at my ease, and he described what he was doing and why stage by stage.
He has good interpersonal skills - I have found some other stylists to be a bit arrogant when given "free rein", as if in competition with other stylists present, but this was not the case with Dalton or in this salon.

He cut my hair most carefully, and my husband has been most complimentary when he saw my new cut.

The salon is very small, but provided no less a professional service for this, in fact it felt more of a personally tailored "boutique" service, rather than a hierarchical conveyor belt as is the case in larger places. It is quiet and unfussy, which I liked, and conveniently located.

After 11 yrs, of going there gregg has sorted out bad hairdressers from other awful salons, absolutely brilliant service every time.

Greg has been cutting my hair for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is always so friendly and takes time to listen and advise. Thanks Greg for a great cut and blow dry today, much appreciated.

What a fantastic hairdressers in Newcastle. All the staff are friendly and totally professional which is brilliant for a great service. In particular Claudia who does a superb job every time, I could not recommend highly enough Claudia and the team.

Another great haircut from Greg. He is always so friendly, talks through your cut giving advice. Always leave with a smile on my face.

Greg is my hairdresser for a some time now. However recently I went from cooper to platinum blond. Greg colour choice, advice and styling was amazing. Iam very happy woman with the new hair style.
