TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. TONI&GUY HAIRSPA Bring out the best in your hair and wellbeing with the indulgent TONI&GUY HAIRSPA. We have six hair and scalp restoring in-salon treatments available. Hairspa has been designed to target your specific needs, whether it’s a deep condition to nourish your dry hair or a revitalising scalp treatment. Using expert head massage techniques combined with the award-winning label.m professional haircare range and hot towel wrap; you will feel and notice the improvement instantaneously. With tailored aftercare available to take home, you will continue to benefit from your treatment until your next appointment.

I just went to Toni&Guy Gosforth for the first time and I was blown away by the service I received and skills of the stylist. I came in with hair that was 4 different shades of blonde (maybe more) with some reddish tinge to the one shade and I asked for platinum blonde. Liam warned me the reddish colour may not lift completely but he would do his best. After the treatment I was amazed by the results! Not only is my hair a gorgeous shade of blonde (and the red lifted!) but it looks natural for the first time in a long time! I am soooooo in love with my new hair! I will definitely be going back.

First of all , i want to tell all that my kid 3 years old was quite throughout the cut.

1) My input to the stylist was specific - half inch cut all over
2) she took randomly and i had to cut around his ears after coming home
3 ) this is second time we have been to Gosforth One and first time was ok and we were happy.
4) my kid has soft and silky hair and it was in good length and i told the stylist - as we are planning for holiday wanted her to cut only half inch bcz he is facing trouble due to long hair is over the eyes.
5) for this kind of service do we really need an appointment, we can get anywhere

Hi Anil,

Thank you for your review, as we discussed when you were on the phone yesterday, small children can be very difficult to cut and we do try our best to give the best service.
You had mentioned on the phone yesterday that he was 2 years old not 3.
After speaking to the stylist who cut your little ones hair she did mention he was turning his head a lot and had to sit on your knee watching an ipad. we did ask if he could sit on his own to which you responded no not yet.
for the safety of the children there's unfortunately only so much we can do in these situations if they are moving around.
This does make it very difficult to get a precise clean finish.
We offered an opportunity to come in and rectify the problem, if you change you're mind and wish to come back in please call me on 0191 3009770

I love ***** and she always does my hair lovely, but this time i was disappointed, i originally booked an all over colour then after discussing it with her i opted for just a few low lights like last time, however when she started to colour all my hair i just thought she had mis
understood and thought it would be a change.
when the colour came off it was too dark for me and their was a ton of dye on my neck and all around my hair line, it looked like id done it myself. I don't like to complain so i didn't say anything but not happy this time.☹️

TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon.
