TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. TONI&GUY HAIRSPA Bring out the best in your hair and wellbeing with the indulgent TONI&GUY HAIRSPA. We have six hair and scalp restoring in-salon treatments available. Hairspa has been designed to target your specific needs, whether it’s a deep condition to nourish your dry hair or a revitalising scalp treatment. Using expert head massage techniques combined with the award-winning label.m professional haircare range and hot towel wrap; you will feel and notice the improvement instantaneously. With tailored aftercare available to take home, you will continue to benefit from your treatment until your next appointment.

A friend had recommended me to come into the salon because they said the atmosphere is great and the staff are fantastic, I couldn’t agree with her more. I came in for a colour service with Vikki she is a lovely member of staff, very talkative and always had a smile on her face. I then had my hair cut by Chloe and she also is a lovely girl with a bubbly personality and very talkative. Overall loved my experience in the salon and I will definitely be back.

There was clearly miscommunication at the start because the end result after Chloe had coloured and cut my hair was not what I was expecting. I was really distressed and was advised by her she could put it right at an extra cost. This upset me more and I just wanted to leave the salon. My hair at this point looked a mess. I was asked if I was happy with the service and said I wasn't. Sam then talked to me in a calm manner and asked me what I really had wanted and agreed to do this for me. I agreed to stay in the salon and had my hair coloured and the a different stylist put right the previous cut. I left with how I had wanted my hair in the first place, it just took much longer than anticipated. This was down to Sam.

PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon.
