TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. TONI&GUY HAIRSPA Bring out the best in your hair and wellbeing with the indulgent TONI&GUY HAIRSPA. We have six hair and scalp restoring in-salon treatments available. Hairspa has been designed to target your specific needs, whether it’s a deep condition to nourish your dry hair or a revitalising scalp treatment. Using expert head massage techniques combined with the award-winning label.m professional haircare range and hot towel wrap; you will feel and notice the improvement instantaneously. Liam worked his magic after I had a ‘home relaxing’ disaster! He was really lovely and didn’t say ‘I told you so’ at all. The new shorter me is fab and I didnt think I’d ever say that about short hair.

Kelly was great with my 2 kids. She worked with them at their pace and made them feel at ease. She was also able to accommodate both in s single appt, which meant I didn’t have to hang around for 2 hours for the next appt.

I had a lovely time at the salon today and was completely satisfied with the cut and finish of my hair. Kelly explained about a new product I could try on my wavy hair and applied it to show me the results. However I wasn’t given the usual chair massage while my hair was being washed nor the head massage. Both of which I really feel enhance the relaxing nature of my visits.

My hair had been ruined I came in to toni and guy to see Sam, she was so nice and understanding to what it was that I wanted without damaging my hair. I was disappointed with my experience at Toni and Guy. The hair wash was clumsy with no head massage. The hair cut was a good length but didn't style the front at all. I wasn't asked what style of blow dry I wanted and wasn't offered for it to be finished with straighteners. The staff were all very friendly but this isn't the standard I would expect at all given the cost and reputation.

I had my hair done by Liam and I totally loved the experience and the result!

I really appreciated Liam had recognised I was tired and not really talkative although we did exchange few funny comments which made me even more relaxed (totally what I needed)...

The hair cut turned out even better than the picture I think ;) also, Liam did a very precise job taking care of every individual hair!

What I also liked was that he was not pushing me to buy any products although he did explain what he was using and the benefits each product brings.

Overall, I was very satisfied, I received many compliments from friends and will be recommendind Liam to everybody.

Had my colour done by Liam and it looks beautiful. Got the perfext blend for my roots and highlights and really brightened the colour up! Kelly then cut and styled it and gave it a really nice shape. The style was perfect! She had done it like that previously and i loved it and she remembered how i liked it which gave my salon experience the personal touch. Lovely salon with lovely staff who know exactly what they are doing!

We use the best colour range which helps to lock colour into the hair, which unfortunately sometimes results in the colour being slightly more resistant coming off of the skin surface after one wash.
