TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. First visit; Great restyle today, Vikki took the time to listen to what I wanted and new what technique to use for my hair type to achieve it. I've finally found my hairdresser in Newcastle. Plus fab wash on a massaging chair!!

My previous hair dresser I have been with for years started to be a bit slobby with her work recently so I decided to try out your salon. Amazing work, and the girl fixed my hair properly and was really helpful with advice how to sort out my hair. Definitely would recommend and would return back

I do like the general system at T & G in Gosforth but wonder if too much is asked of the staff. For example today the stylist was called away to another task during my appointment. She did so cheerfully and politely but it didn't give me a dedicated experience.

The staff are just sooo lovely I trust them a 100% with my hair and it's very precious to me. Can't recommend the girls enough!!!!

Since you asked. A little dissapointed. I was squeezed in between appointments, and my hairdresser was in a rush to finish my hair. When I got home, I noticed it wasn't finished completely. On top of this, when leaving the saloon, I was told I couldn't use my nhs discount on a Saturday.

I don't get my hair cut that often but wanted something very different and now have a very cool haircut! Best salon I've been to in the Newcastle area so very much recommend. The colour shampoo that was used was a nice surprise as didn't want to have my hair coloured but the shampoo was great!

I'm not a person to complain but when asked for feedback, as a mentor in education, I think it important to give it.
I had a super haircut with Holly at Gosforth back in March/April when she rescued me from a series of bad cuts at a local hairdresser in Northumberland. I wanted an appointment with her again for a wedding but she is off on a Friday(day of wedding 16th June) so took one with someone else whose name I have already forgotten.
The cut was poor to say the least. I asked for a rise in the middle of my fringe and twice she tried...and failed....so I did it at home. Hearing her say' I'm not very good with fringes' didn't help!! My hair was flat and shapeless in a few hours and looked awful on the photos. I was very disappointed. I am waiting for it to grow a bit.....and will getHolly to rescue me....again.

This, my second visit to T & G, I had the super surprise of an automatic back massage on the chair where they washed my hair, which area also had low level lighting so it was very relaxing. I expect that it was a busy day but I did feel that a lot of clients had been squeezed in to a short time so that the stylist was not free to devote attention to just one client at a time.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon.
