TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. Hairspa has been designed to target your specific needs, whether it’s a deep condition to nourish your dry hair or a revitalising scalp treatment. I called last minute to book myself in for a men's cut and the salon managed to squeeze me in, which in itself is fantastic.

The salon, the hairdressers and the atmosphere is top notch, the hairdressers are very friendly and always willing to help. The atmosphere is great and the salon is always clean.

I highly recommend this salon to my friends and specifically mention Holly as she shares all the great values listed above and my haircut is always perfect.

Sam has been colouring my hair for many many years now, I could never thank her enough for the magic she works on my hair, she is remarkable.
I’ve been Blonde, Red, Ginger, Brown back to Platinum blonde, pink, purple and recently silver.
The patience she has for me and the exceptional skill this lady has is an asset to Toni & Guy.
Corrie who cuts my hair and also does my makeup is marvellous; I walk out of the salon every time feeling amazing.
I always have a good laugh; all the staff are super friendly and you’re always greeted by the beautiful Girls Sarah or Hope on Reception.
I can’t recommend this salon enough, for the skill and care they give everyone who enters the salon, you guys are spectacular.

Amazing girls and Amazing new Hair

After not being to a hairdressers in some 8 years (bearing in mind I'm 23!) after being scarred by perious incidents, the girls knew exactly what to do, lightened it and cut it to perfection! I have thin hair and they have make it look so much thicker and kept the length as much as they could! The colour is amazing and have booked in my next appointment. I would recommend to anybody, they were brilliant.

I went in feeling distinctly less than average with hair that needed rescuing desperately. Just over half an hour later I left feeling a million times better with a spring in my step and a swing to my hair ???? Thank you Sophie, I'm looking forward to the next phase.

Great result I'm really happy with my colour. Only complaint is that they constantly hound you to buy additional conditioning products that cost a fortune and that can't repair keratin. It's a protein. Once it's damaged it can't be repaired.

I went into toni & guy gosforth in January with copper brassy hair and night extensions for a mixed blonde (yes I know I shouldn't have bought the hair without colouring it) however sam executed it amazingly and matched me. I've been going to the salon for 3 months now and today I went for a full head of highlights. My hairs amazing sam recommend smartbond for me to buy for home which I have done (girls get it! So worth it) my hairs in amazing condition and the colour is just amazing. I never thought I'd get this blonde but sam and her girls made it happen. MASSIVE LOVE.

I rebooked an appointment after my last one. However it seems they had double booked as my stylist had to leave me after cutting my hair (barely) to attend to another client. After that, I had 3 different people blow dry my hair (none of whom were the original stylist I had paid for).

I just felt like an inconvenience to them and that I shouldn't have been there. And because the cut was so rushed, I didn't get what I wanted. I feel like I've spent £50 needlessly.

I intend to make a formal complaint and I will never be using this branch of Toni and Guy again.

Reasonable price for first class cut blow dry and make up. It's the best salon by far on the high street

As always, left the salon with a good, quality mop chop - thanks!

Just a couple of pointers which annoy slightly. Why not get better gowns that doesn't leave your jumper sleeves covered in hair? All stylists use the hairdryers to clear hair off you during the appointment, this just gets everywhere; jeans, collar and sleeves. Surely a solution?

Same goes for hair down your neck. Don't blast it down with a hairdryer - use a better neck solution with the gown.

Apart from this, I'm v happy!
