I always have my haircut by Emma, who is amazing. She always knows what I want and gives her honest opinion when I arrive with a ‘I don’t know what I want face’. I’ve been talking about going short for the last few times on my visits, but Emma knew today was going to be the day I went for it. My hair looks amazing and I love it, thanks to Emma. x

Came to Klickers today . Lovely and cool inside with air con . I had an amazing treatment called cocochoco Brazilian keratin which has smoothed my hair and feels silky. This is the first time I have had the treatment and am happy so far . The treatment also provides a shampoo and conditioner set .

Had my regular cut and blow dry today with Sarah. Always a lovely experience and I feel perfectly at ease putting my hair in Sarah’s hands. I have thick, difficult to manage hair but Sarah always makes it look amazing and she gives good advice on how to manage it too! Lovely salon with lovely staff!

Always usually enjoy my hair experience here but now COVID restrictions have been lifted it seems some of the general hygiene processes have also disappeared. Taken to sinks that still have wet towels in from the last customer let alone clean or sanitised in any way. Left feeling disappointed this time round.

There is a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Emma, my stylist, is very skilled both in the techniques required and in communicating with me as her client.
The results in terms of how I feel about my hair have always been great. Also the salon works well as a team, so if my fringe has grown too long,I've been able to have it trimmed free of charge..The salon has also been very careful to follow COVID advice to prevent cross infection
