Had yet another great experience today at Klickers even though this was the third day of having to cope with the electricity going off.
All continued to work professionally on their clients whilst Ann was on the phone; reporting trying to get answers, even trying to get some form of assurance that the recurring problem would be resolved......I'm not sure quite how she kept her cool. Everyone was so professional and determined to give their clients a first rate service.
An impressive aside: not all businesses in Regent Street were affected but admirably many were willing and happy for the stylists to take clients into their properties when power was required or to use hot water......amazing support. The kettle even had a trip across the road for a boil up! Excellent, Martin, Ann and ladies, professionally handled. Hope all goes well (without a hitch) tomorrow!

Went to the salon for a pre Christmas spruce up. As usual I was welcomed warmly and treated like a queen whilst I was there. Had a colour, cut and blow dry which was amazing thanks to Sarah. Walked out feeling like a diva! Thank you everyone for a lovely experience.

Klickers is a fabulous hairdressers - they listen to you and cut your hair to suit you and your lifestyle. Lorraine cuts curly hair really well.

Regular appointment with Diana. Fantastic cut and style (as it always is). I have used this salon for 15+ years. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in Rugby. Customer service from the whole team is always brilliant!

I’ve been coming to Klickers for years and usually see the same stylist called Emma. She’s quick but accurate as well as being knowledgeable about hair care and has helped me really well through some periods of hair loss, helping me make it look better and care for my scalp. Very highly recommend.

I have been going to Klickers for around 6 years and have never had a bad haircut! Diana has been doing my hair for around 3 years and I always leave feeling beautiful! She has a great eye for what works colour wise and cut wise and I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The lovely Sarah cut my hair beautifully, & gave me lots of advice about managing my hair and products to use. The salon atmosphere was bright, cheerful and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Klickers Rugby and will be returning.

I’ve been having my hair done at Klickers for years every 6 weeks for a tint and trim and sometimes a restyle. Very talented stylists and lovely people.

It was my first visit and I am positively surprised. I was served right away and a cup of coffee or tea was offered. My seven-year-old daughter is very happy with her hairstyle. I highly recommend it!

I have the best appontment in ages. All of the stylists at klickers are so incredibly talented, but this time I wanted to change my colours etc and everything I wanted was thoroughly spoken through and came our with my ideal hair colour! Thanks again Diana!
