Always usually enjoy my hair experience here but now COVID restrictions have been lifted it seems some of the general hygiene processes have also disappeared. Taken to sinks that still have wet towels in from the last customer let alone clean or sanitised in any way. Left feeling disappointed this time round.

There is a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Emma, my stylist, is very skilled both in the techniques required and in communicating with me as her client.
The results in terms of how I feel about my hair have always been great. Also the salon works well as a team, so if my fringe has grown too long,I've been able to have it trimmed free of charge..The salon has also been very careful to follow COVID advice to prevent cross infection

Diana is very good at suggesting different styles to suit the shape of my face. Very professional, kind and respectful of her clients.

This was my first time to the salon and Sarah greeted me by name, explained everything she was doing and products she was going to use and made sure I was happy with my cut throughout the process. The result was a very nice cut and style that I’m finding easy to style myself. I have booked to go again.
