Diana has transformed my hair back to its prime today. She has banished the greys and given my hair a lovely cut to get rid of my many split ends. She always makes sure I come out looking a million dollars.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This visit was with a different hairdresser. I was nervous but she was very nice, friendly and efficient. My hair was cut and styled and up to Klickers high standard. I was very pleased with the results.

Best hair cut since lockdown with Darren, I feel much more like my old self. He explained what he was going to do so no surprises.

In to be restored to a proper hairstyle after a 7 week gap. I felt safe and comfortable, it was grand to catch up with Emma and to come away looking like I should! Great morale-booster, thank you.

Honestly, one of the best hairdressing experiences I've had. As my first time visiting this salon, Helen spent some time really exploring what I wanted, how my hair sits, and actually looking at my hair to figure out the best way to make what I wanted happen. She went through what she was thinking and what products she would use, making sure I was happy with everything before even washing my hair. At the point of washing, she made sure to check in with me as to what touch I'm comfortable with and prefer. The haircut and styling itself was very much the same. Helen really made sure that my hair sat right and that it was exactly what I wanted. Her communication and lack of pressure was extremely appreciated! As an autistic person (I hadn't disclosed this before attending), it really meant so much to have this experience. I trust Helen with my hair implicitly, and am looking forward to returning! It's hard not to get too excited to arrange meetings and such to show off my hair! Thank you!

This was my first time at klickers and I had the best experience. I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I came in but Emma was so helpful and I’m so so happy with my hair now.

Every care and attention has been made to make the salon safe for its customers and team. I still had the best time getting my hair done regardless of the restrictions. This is genuinely the best salon in Rugby so if you manage to get an appointment, you will not be disappointed! ♥️♥️♥️

Your hair is most important to you, and your hairdresser! A mutual style is agreed on from both partners, and satisfaction is achieved, with the minimum effort from you, and the maximum from your hairdresser! What could be better than that! ?

I am so pleased a friend recommended this salon.
The whole experience was excellent from start to finish and I’m thrilled with my hair, which isn’t something I’ve said very often!
Martin the owner, and Amy the colour specialist, were in charge of looking after me on the day..
After a lovely welcome when I arrived, Martin went through any changes I may have wanted and then he and Amy started on the mammoth task of doing my foils.. I have very thick, long hair!
Amy kindly arranged the foils so my hair looked it’s best wether I had my hair up or down, and she gave me a really lovely relaxing head massage while I had my conditioning treatment on.
Martin did the most beautiful cut and blow dry I’ve ever had and went through the different products to help keep it in tip top condition.
All the staff were very helpful and I even had the option to order in a coffee so it’s a five star all round from me, and I’m very much looking forward to my next visit.

Was desperate for a cut after lockdown and Diana did an amazing job. I have very thick hair so not the easiest but Diana always manages to style it just how I want. Thanks for making me feel so much better!

Not been in the salon for over a year due to ovid and being vulnerable finally plucked up the courage to go Helen has done a great job really happy with how she has restyled me back to my old self feels great

Great massage; v professional and polite even though it took them past closing time. Thought I asked for a bit more off the length and there was no time for feathering round the front which I may have asked for if there had been time but ... Still much healthier so very pleased I came.

Darren and Martin combined to do their very best to change Magnus Pike/Einstein into Brad Pitt. They didn’t have very much to work with but the hair was 100% improvement.

Wonderful to have had my first appointment with Martin since reopening. Went in looking like a sheepdog, a tatty one at that, and came out feeling like a million dollars. Martin worked his usual magic with a trim to restore the shape and style but the best of all was the colour. He really is a wizard and completely understands what I'm after every time. And I felt so safe in the beautiful and spotless salon
