Another lovely afternoon at Knickers. As usual I was looked after beautifully and my hair looked amazing. Thank you Sarah X. Great Covid safety procedures in place so wasn't worried at all. Thank you everyone for a super experience.

Great experience from initial consultation through to appointment for a hair treatment, colour and cut. Helen was fantastic, listened but also advised and I’m really pleased with the colour and style. Thank you…… looking forward to my next visit.

Darren and Martin combined to do their very best to change Magnus Pike/Einstein into Brad Pitt. They didn’t have very much to work with but the hair was 100% improvement.

Wonderful to have had my first appointment with Martin since reopening. Went in looking like a sheepdog, a tatty one at that, and came out feeling like a million dollars. Martin worked his usual magic with a trim to restore the shape and style but the best of all was the colour. He really is a wizard and completely understands what I'm after every time. And I felt so safe in the beautiful and spotless salon

Had a great first appointment with Diana today. She was absolutely lovely and me feel totally comfortable. We had a thorough discussion about what I was looking for, products I use on my hair etc., and I came out of the salon thrilled with the results. Thanks Diana, I love my new cut.

A super trip to the best Salon. You need look no further you will never need another salon. You are never kept waiting, everyone is friendly.

Having walked into the salon wearing a paper bag over my head, (literally, but also for the laugh) the transformation was amazing. My hair looked like it always does after it’s been ‘Klickerised’ but felt so much better due to the wait for the salon to open.

My stylist, Diane, did a brilliant cut as she has on previous visits and would not hesitate to recommend her to family/friends.

Lovely, friendly service. Busy salon today but Martin didn’t make me feel rushed. He still took time to discuss what changes I wanted and to suggest what would work. Very happy with the final result. Amy gave a lovely head massage during the conditioning treatment. The traffic light card system showing which seats, basins etc are clean or in use makes you feel very secure that Martin and his staff take your well-being seriously. So glad to be back.

Martin is a very experienced, top hairdresser. His cutting skills are second to none. Martin has been cutting my (very thick) hair for the past 30 years, hopefully he’ll continue for many more years to come.

So glad you are open again. Great service as always. It’s been long overdue but love my new hair cut and colour. Thanks Martin.

Fabulous new woman

All staff are friendly,cheerful and very professional. The salon is spotless and sanitised after every customer. It’s one of my pet hates having my hair done but they make me so welcome and at ease. Brilliant team Thankyou for all that you do in this very trying times x
