In order to get an appointment in before lockdown Sylvie rang and fitted me in. As always she did an excellent job in difficult circumstances

Where do I begin. I feel about hairdressers as most people feel about dentists but Bea and the team are truly amazing. From the moment you walk in you are greeted professionally, even in these unique times, and everyone is warm and friendly. I’ve never enjoyed visiting a hairdressers so much. Also, my hair was in such a poor state and a challenge for any hairdresser but Bea has worked wonders correcting my colour and cut. I absolutely would recommend her as her talents are second to non. The younger members of the team are also a delight, friendly and professional. A genuine jewel in the crown!

L’Academie has worked so hard to make the appointment Covid safe. I felt very looked after and really value their expert care and advice. It’s just so lovely to be able to go and have some “me” time and I especially love the massage chairs when having your hair washed!

Very skilled stylists who are all lovely. Salon has been renovated to cope with COVID to a very high standard.

I had a perfect 2 hours having a facial, it is a wonderful experience and so relaxing!!! My kind looks renewed!

Helene is phenomenal, a true expert in skin care and her treatments are fine tuned to your individual needs. Professional and friendly, and an all round thoroughly enjoyable experience every time I've visited.
Also so felt very reassured with social distancing guidelines. Helene has ensured everyone is kept safe and I could not recommend more.

I was apprehensive about visiting the salon with masks and all the necessary precautions but didn't need to worry a lot of thought and expense has gone into protecting staff and clients - won't worry about visiting again

Very good. Always enjoy the experience. Miss having a coffee though. I understand why we don’t have it. My wife thought Bee cut my hair well which is the ultimate accolade.

From the moment l arrived l felt safe and confident that l would have a good experience. The salon is arranged to enable clients to distance & l noted much attention to detail to protect people from covid. This enabled me to relax and my hair was beautifully styled - a great 10/10 experience.
