Amazing... friendly and approachable service from the moment I walked in, facial was very relaxing calm and refreshing, also included a hand massage which was also lovely..would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This morning my daughter and I started our Christmas weekend away with a fabulous back massage at looking glass aesthetics. It was wonderful and excellent value for money.

Went in for back, shoulder and head massage. Made to feel so welcome, it was extremely tranquil. The massage was fantastic, so good I nearly fell asleep. Overall the best way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

My partner and I had Swedish body massages, the mother and daughter duo are so lovely and made us feel so at ease and relaxed.We will most definitely be returning and will be recommending to everyone.Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience for my partners birthday.

I visited looking glass when I came to Stratford for a friend's wedding and had a fantastic experience. There was a small issue with the timing of my booking but the ladies arranged to both come in so they could still see me early enough to go to the wedding. The service was fantastic! My eyebrows looked lovely after I was done. Because my skin was still a bit red they even popped a wee bit of makeup on for me so I didn't look to silly on the way home. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend looking glass asthetics if you ate in the area!

Sarah did a great job of helping me select Jane Iredale make up and showing me the best techniques to apply it. A very enjoyable experience and very friendly. I'll definitely come back for other treatments.

Absolutely loved my treatment I had on Saturday. The lipofirm wrap is brilliant and the facial was lovely, the products leaving my skin feeling amazing. Not just the treatment to praise though as the staff are ever so friendly and kind. I will highly recommend this place to anybody and will definitely be returning!

I had a Deramlogica Micro Zone facial which is a targeted facial perfect for those on the go. For me the use of the Medi Bac line was a key, using the cleanser, masque and moisturizer form this line to help control oil and remove build up and bacteria form the skin. With a great exfoliation mixed to suit my skin and adding hydration in , it improved the health, texture and appearance of my skin.
Really enjoyed my visit, from beginning to end of the treatment Sarah explained each stage and makes me feel like a million dollars.

Found Looking Glass online and was pleased to find a lovely salon in quiet part of Stratford. Beautician was very informative and willing to individualise my treatment.
