I’ve been coming to this salon for almost ten years. The service and staff are excellent. Jay is fantastic. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a hair cut!

Had to wait as a large family took up my time and there was a shortage of staff which did not help. No receptionist.

Had 1st appt. Checked in really early told staff i was about but going shopping . girl checked me on the system and said ok. Didn't want to be late so missed my unfinished cup of coffee to be back at Tg. Was only then told that my colorist was running half an hour late..1 hour later i had to go ! Asked the manager what the problem was ? He didnt know !!!! 're booked for two days ahead
When driving on the way to appt. Phone rang couldn't answer but no message left. Eventually saw who'd rung TG ! cancelling appt. 40 mins before appt time...12.30. ! Another appt. made.. colour fine. V. expensive . had fringe cut too... awful.. manager on holiday.. had been promised a discount. surprise not noted on system . But got 25 %off... maybe. Not up to standard.

Molly was brilliant I was.very fed up with my hair and she chatted through what I wanted and created a great hair cut. I am ddloghted

Both my cut and colour are brilliant, I'm really pleased with both. Andrea cut it and Sinead did the colour.

I booked for a haircut but got
so much more than that .
Ben gave me information about care
of my hair and I realised I had been using the wrong shampoo. He did this without bombarding me with the hard sell that would have put me off !
I am so happy with my style and have had so many compliments.

Hair cut by Jay for first time. He worked a miracle very my straw-like mop. Love new cut and healthy hair. Jay and staff great and good fun. They make good coffee too.

First time I’ve had hair done by Jay at T&G Stratford upon Avon but will now keep going back. So pleased with cut. Jay worked magic with my unhealthy mop of hair. Really listened to me and I now have a proper hairstyle which I love and my hair looks and feels really healthy. Jay, and salon staff I spoke to, very all very positive and friendly so it was all round great experience. They make a lovely coffee too.
