My wife Valerie had her Tee Shirt and Jumper soaked at the back, the stylist did not take caution prior to commencing shampooing. In my opinion her hair looked better when she arrived at your shop than when she left.
For my trim which took less than 15 minutes your charge was £46 when discussing with a friend, he informed me that he paid £30, why the great difference, I certainly did not require a stylist for a simple trim

Unfortunately I was running late for my appointment by at least fifteen minutes. When I arrived Ben was his usual pleasant and friendly self and his first thought was my well being and comfort. I was brought fresh coffee and allowed to relax while he gave me a consultation. At no point was he rushed and he took his time to provide me with the most superb cut. Ben’s customer service is simply excellent and first rate. I honestly can’t express how highly I rate Ben’s ability as a stylist. He’s just brilliant!

Having booked my appointment a week prior I thought all was ok for a colour and cut. Unfortunately when I arrived for the appointment I was turned away for not having an up to date skin test done. Surely this should have been checked when I went in to the salon to book the appointment.

Without an appointment, around 5pm on a Saturday I took a chance that this salon might be able to squeeze me in for a haircut. The staff were all personable and charming and I was quickly having my hair washed, my scalp massaged, drinking a cup of tea and letting Ben work his scissors magic. Terrific experience. Highly recommended.
