I brought my daughter in for a cut and blow dry with Ben after school. He was really friendly, gave good advice and did a great job on her hair. He made it an enjoyable experience for her.

I hadn’t been to Sarah before for my highlights but I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and gave me really helpful advice as to how to achieve it today.

Having strayed from the Toni and Guy fold, I got tired of hit and miss dye jobs and decided it was a false economy going elsewhere. I’m not someone who finds the hairdressers a naturally relaxing experience but this morning the was made super pleasant. Courteous, professional staff even in the busiest of salons. My hair looks lovely and I’ll stick to Toni and Guy in future !

I have walked away this evening with yet another fabulous cut & style from Ben. Ben is one of the best stylist I’ve ever had. The man is simply brilliant at his craft.

I can't see any difference on what was done on my hair. I've got silver hair and I came to get rid of yellow shadows on my roots and ends. But it's stil here.... Absolutely no difference. Except my time and money wasted.

My daughter enjoyed meeting ***** on Saturday and he did a nice basic haircut. However it is a shame that even though he is a hairdresser he is unable to French plait.
Also I think it is unfair that if you want a child’s appointment on a Saturday you can only book on the day and not in advance- especially as we pay full price for children on Saturdays anyway.

Great guy , knows his stuff !! Professional and explained everything beforehand and felt completely safe in his hands . Did a fab job in my hair to the point I was completely relaxed almost nodding off !!! Really pleased with the result and will be going back to him !

Had been putting off getting my long blonde man locks/surf look cut for too long. But I was in Stratford for the weekend & took the plunge, or not so much of a plunge as it turns out, I had the perfect experience @ T&G with Ben.
Did my research online and as I was going big (or short) & I booked in with Ben. He really understood what I was hoping for and more, I have an ace new short cut, it still feels so fresh over 5 weeks later! I love it, thank you sir, hope to book in again near Christmas! My only regret is not completing this review sooner, I just kept forgetting.

Amazing experience! From the moment I walked in I felt valued and appreciated! Kerry was such an amazing stylist! I was so impressed with her I was going to email in a compliment before I recieved this survey. I can imagine at the end of a week how tired she must be and she could not have been more chatty and helpful! Will 100% be back, it will be my new go to salon!
