This was my third time at the salon and my second time with Ben. I can’t overemphasis what a superb cut I received and Ben’s customer service is second to none. The guy is brilliant!

Kat did a fantastic job of colouring my hair and gave me some great tips on how to maintain the colour. Ben cut my hair and it looks amazing, couldn't be happier with it.

Went to Toni & Guy to ask about a colour correction I wanted done from a previous hair salon. It was Kat I spoke to about it on that visit. She filled me with such confidence in her I booked my appointment there and then with her. She gave great advice on shampoo to use , how long to wait etc.
After my visit today I am extremely happy with her work. She was chatty, very welcoming and put me at ease. My colour is fantastic and I will be returning again. Thankyou again Kat ?

I Went to get a re-style today and was a bit anxious as I have curly hair and I wanted a completely new look.. I showed jay some pictures and he completely understood what I wanted. It turned out better than I expected and I love my new hair. Thanks jay!

Jay asked me what I was thinking of, then talked through some options asking me my opinion throughout. His explanation of how the cut would look and the end result were more than perfect..... fab
