Kat and Mollie both do a fantastic job.

Sarah is an extremely good colourist. Always explains the reasons why she would approach things in a particular way. Molly always cuts very well.

Last minute appointment with a new stylist, always risky. However, Ben was persuasive about slight restyle. So glad I took his advice. It was so well judged I came away with huge grin on my face.

Great as usual

I’ve missed having my hair cut through illness and what a joy it was to go today! From my massaging chair and head massage to my latte and a brilliant cut and blow dry from Jay. Bliss.

Had my hair restyled by Indie today. She’s so lovely, and knows exactly what to do to make you look good. I’m always changing styles but this really hit the mark. Thanks Indie!

First time at this salon, I normally use the Toni & Guy in Cardiff. Very impressed. First time I’ve ever had a back massage while having my hair washed. It was brilliant. Also best head massage I’ve had in a while. Jay was my stylist, and what a fabulous cut, it’s perfect! Very pleased, so much so I’m booked in in four weeks time, and really looking forward to it.

This is the first time I have ever stopped to post here -
Molly ( Stratford upon Avon) has been looking after me for... well, ..years ..... she is brilliant - why, otherwise, would I return every six weeks:
for her to work her magic again....... ..... But today .....
Ok it started off as usual, my head under the spray for a wash -and ...what had I been up to... - I spouted forth on my latest ....
Molly listens actively like the Pro she is.... ......................then suddenly makes a connection .....and recounts....

........ this morning Molly rescued a bat.... she spotted something on the walkway just outside the Salon - she noticed one or two people out there, they stooped to look.. and passed by ...... Molly went out to investigate and discovered a bat, it was alive ......but grounded on the paving.........
She got a box and gently scooped it up..... provide some drops of water....... then ... called the RSPCA ...... they advised her to call a bat helpline - or if no response take it to a vet......
So Molly placed the box with Batty in a safe spot where she could keep an eye on it until bat volunteer came out later that morning.... and who will now continue with the rescue......
Batty will have a chance to recuperate and, if she (it turned out to be a female bat) is fit, be released in a safe location at dusk.

It was a real privilege to listen to Molly recount it all.....

As always Kat was professional, unfortunately she was very much under pressure having to colour, rinse and blow dry my hair. I’v been a loyal customer to Toni and Guy since this opened and NEVER have I experienced the colourist doing all jobs. Kat was very apologetic and as always lovely. So for service.....

Wonderful visit

Jay gave me a wonderful cut! Thanks to his ' flying scissors' I feel happy with my hair again! I have not been to a salon for many years as I usually have my hair done at home but I felt relaxed and confident and was also particularly surprised at how comfortable the shampoo chairs were. No problems with my neck at all! Thanks for a happy experience.

Molly has been doing my hair since 2016. Every time has been a good experience. She is very talented and a lovely person. I always love the results.

A lovely experience. I took my daughter to T&G to fix the poor cut from elsewhere. Appointment booked that day and much care taken over getting it right.

Disappointed on this visit - as a late night appointment, perhaps there was a rush to get home! I left with dye on my forehead, a job not finished.

Perfect as always

I don’t think I have ever left a bad review but unfortunately I had a horrible experience! Firstly the hairdresser was late which I understand happens sometimes. My main issue was that I asked for my hair to be cut just above my shoulders (showing a picture of how my hair was a couple of years ago). My hair was but FAR too short to just under my ears. Not only to I absolutely hate it, my due to give birth to our first next week and I will have to live with it in all the pictures. I also cannot tie it back in labour. I can’t believe how short she went. When looking at it I tried to be polite and say ok maybe I should have a fringe cut in so it looked less like curtains to which she responded she didn’t think that was a good idea. I honestly have never had a hairstyle I didn’t like but this is totally not what I asked for at all. Will never be returning to a tony and guy again.
