9y old DS had been resisting a haircut for ages because of a bad past experience at a barber. Everyone from meet & greet at the desk, to Holly at the backwash, and Dan cutting hair, struck the perfect note of helping the little one feel relaxed and confident. Nothing was too much trouble. He had been so nervous going in but thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Great cut and we’ve already booked the next appointment! Big thanks to whole team for going the extra mile x

Once again- Alex gave me a fab colour and exactly what I asked for. What I like when I come to Lara’s is that Alex knows me well enough now to suggest what can be done and what would look nice. I like the fact that I trust her advice and know that I’ll be happy with the results without stressing about what may suit. Holly also gives a cracking scalp massage which really aids the relaxing experience. Really enjoyed again and look forward to my 8 week appointments!
