I came in today to fix my home bleach attempt and I’m very impressed, not only by today but it started with the day before patch test and consultation, where she explained in detail what she was going to do with my hair in detail and listened to the colour I wanted and looked at pictures. She assured me I wouldn’t be grey or platinum lol high I didn’t want as doesn’t suit me and lo and behold I went home after today’s colour a baby blonde that I wanted very light but buttery like Barbie not white. This is exactly what I wanted but this is the only salon that has ever got this colour right for me. Also treated wonderfully, even Lara came to check that I was happy and that my coffee cup was full. Some people may say you pay more there, maybe so but in my experience you pay cheap then you end up paying twice. I have been treated wonderfully throughout and left with what I wanted. Thank you Chloe and Lara and Fon for producing colour technicians and stylists of such a high standard.

I came in for a consultation with Chloe today. She was helpful and professional and listened to what I wanted and talked me through how she intended to achieve it step by step. Some other salons try to push their idea on to you simply because they can’t achieve what you want, but I have every faith in chloe and the team and can’t wait to have my home colour(which I impatiently did) corrected and to have lovely hair again. They really listen to what you want and you are always given 5 star treatment. I knwo I will be happy

Suprised that scattered half head is same amount as normal half head. Happy with the consultation and understood I wasn’t able to go full blonde - colour is nice but definitely not what I asked for when I said I wanted to be able to see a noticeable change in lightening my hair - looks the same just with a few blonde highlights but barely noticeable. Would have rather been told that it just wasn’t able to be done that day and needed full head £103 is a lot of money to leave and feel like your hair doesn’t really look any different. Rushed blow dry. wash basin was very rough. Had to ask her to brush from bottom of my hair instead of yanking the knots from the top. When I asked for a bouncy blowdry the lady who did it packed in hairspray to hold try and hold the curl and didn’t leave brushes in for more than 10 seconds just seemed to be a rushed job as they were closing. Had to ask for her to straighten the top part of my head as you could still see the frizz as I have curly hair. Hair felt hard from the amount of hairspray that was packed in. The lady who coloured my hair was lovely. The lady who blowdryed my hair just seemed like she didn’t want to be there or really look after the customer. Could see I looked unhappy after my hair was finished and didn’t ask if I was happy with finish so I didn’t bother to say anything. Came home and luckily had time to put a curl through my hair myself. Paid £103. Not the standard I normally receive at Lara’s so hoping it was a one off that’s the only reason I paid without making comment in hairdressers.
