From the warm welcome & even warmer cappuccino when I first walked in, the first thing the team does is make you feel relaxed. From my chat with Emma, we discussed a change in style, with going through both chemotherapy & radiotherapy, Emma totally understood what my hair has & is going through currently. She took her time and made the whole process from using a special shampoo to the cut totally painless. Then had a lovely cwtch with Lara. Thank you team & when all done and dusted I will be back for some colour.

Booked a last minute appointment with Lizzie, who was fantastic. My hair looks just like the picture. This is probably the closest I’ve ever got to EXACTLY what I wanted. Looks better than I hoped for !
