Quassia - I am sorry but do t know how to spell her name -£who did my colour and everyone , as ever, friendly and warm.Dont ever want to go anywhere else ,and have been to Sally for 10 years plus, so that has to say something!!

Always made to feel very welcome, my stylist Kate is fantastic. Feel that they go the extra mile every time so you leave feeling relaxed and fabulous. My last appointment I was running very late, no problem they called around and rearranged my appointment for me. So pleased I found this gem of a salon and stylist.

I have been going to Essensuals for many years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I'm always happy with the results and the staff are lovely and always very welcoming.
I have been going to Essensuals since 2001 and would not go anywhere else. I make a two hour round trip to take advantage of their expert but superbly friendly service. Sammy on reception is superb and Vicky I consider to be a friend even though I only see her every 6 weeks, but what I really appreciate is that she never fails to make the best of my hair. The trainees who colour my hair are also well chosen and well coached.
The whole experience is something I look forward to every time.
I am always happy to be welcomed at the salon by Sammy. I have known her when she was an Assistant. She is an asset to to the reception. I am always welcomed warmly. Offered beverages instantly.

Went yesterday for a colour and cut (Sarah and Sally) as always very happy with the result....it's always a pleasure and it feels like I'm spending an hour or two with friends...we always have a good natter and a laugh.

I hate hairdressing salons, but I love this one because the staff are human, skilled and don't behave in a 'hairdressery' way. I've been a regular since they opened and can't imagine going anywhere else. Oh, my hair is lovely too!
I have been going to this salon for 8 years and never been disappointed even if my usual colourist and hairdresser aren't available. Sometimes I book last minute and they do everything to accommodate. Great salon.

I had a great experience at Essensuals. I was offered drinks when I arrived. The stylist was very experienced, patient and knowledgeable. I absolutely loved my new hair style!

On my 65th birthday, I was treated to a glass of fizz, and walked out of the salon feeling a million dollars. I went into LK Bennet, and both assistants stopped in their tracks and said 'you look amazing'. Similar comments followed me round town. Now that's a haircut. Always a warm welcome. Offer of a hot drink which on Wednesday I really needed. Vicky sat me down to ask what style I wanted, although I trust her completely. Hair wash with a difference - feet up and a back massage and then a head massage - bliss. A wonderful cut and blow dry - Vicky does magic on my fine very unexceptional hair and I leave the salon like a model. Can't recommend it enough.
