Been coming to this salon for over 15 years and Sally is great, friendly, professional and always good to have a 30 minute chat.
I decided to try this salon having recently moved to the area. I'm really glad that I did so, as I received an excellent haircut from Harriet. I found all the staff to be very professional and courteous, and the salon itself has a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon to others.
Great personal service- everyone is always courteous and friendly. My needs were discussed before any colours were mixed. The colourist listened carefully and did a good job. It's always a pleasure to come here.
As always, a really great hair cut by Vickie. She always totally exceeds my expectations of any other salon to provide an exemplary service, taking the time to give me the style that is right for me. The salon is incredibly tidy and clean. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The assistants are knowledgable about their products, and skilled in their work - and give the best head massages around!
Excellent as always. Sarah did color and Vicky the cut. Have used both for many years and am totally happy with them both in their professional capacity and as great personalities.

I came in today to Toni & Guy as a recommendation from my sister and had my hair done from Sarah. She was very nice and made conversation. The rest of the staff were all lovely too as they asked me if I wanted a drink throughout my treatment time. Overall Sarah achieved the look I was after and I am so relieved I chose Essensuals to do my hair. Very pleased with the results.
