As always, fabulous experience today. Qudsia was brilliant advising on colours and colouring my hair. Vicky kindly found time to give me a fringe cut. She will always go above and beyond.The girls on reception were very helpful and Amber did a fabulous job drying my hair. This is the reason I travel 45 miles each way to get my hair done here. Came in with a cut that had been messed up by another salon. Sally is brilliant, and she can never leave. Service was spot on and I was given a drink and seen immediately.
Every time I go to get my hair cut it feels like I am meeting up with a friend for a catch-up. Everyone is so friendly and warm. I am always offered a drink. Have use of the massage chair when my hair is washed. I feel I can express my views whilst having a consultation. I always leave with a smile. A lift to my confidence knowing my hair is looking its best plus a hug.
.Cutting my curly is very challenging and a lot of work ; Louise always does a very good job and I am always very pleased with the result. When Louise is not available, I will definitely recommend Harriettte.
Went in for a hair cut been there a few times but this time I wasn’t happy with the service. My hairdresser was running late and when it come to styling my hair she really rushed and didn’t finish it to a great standard. Otherwise a good salon

Hi I always go to Essensuals mailbox and Louise senior stylist cuts my hair. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Louise is professional with an excellent eye for which styles suits you and would trust her implicitly and in fact do by saying ‘do what you want’ overall a excellent experience! ????
Always a 5 star service. 'Sydney' excelled with my relaxing scalp massage. I think today was the best I have ever had. 10 \10.

My appointment was made so I could use my lunch break to have my hair cut and restyled. What a wonderful idea that was. The salon was very efficient, my head massage during the wash was very relaxing, and the stylist was lovely. Not only producing a super cut but a very pleasant lady to chat too.
Highly recommend a lunchtime visit to this salon.
